I see so many bad reviews of this place. I couldn't agree more. I had taken my girl here a couple of times. She was so anxious and stressed out when I picked her up. I don't know what's going on there but people please pay attention to your pets. They are just like children and they will let you know something is wrong I stopped taking my girl there. She's happy where I take her now.

This place is absolutely horrible I typically like to take my dog to the Visalia location but due to the far drive I thought I’d give Tulare a try, but after my experience NEVER AGAIN. My dog has been limping, sad, and depressed after her appointment. I have talked to others that take there pets there and they have said the same thing, I don’t know what happens in there but I know I will not be taking my dog back there ever again!

These people are amazing. We live in San Luis Obispo Ca. My Pitty Ruby needed her nails done.
They were so pleasant and professional.
This will be our go to place when we visit friends and family in the future!

I’ve been bringing Remy to Pet Envy for about 6 years now and they are always so accommodating to scheduling appointments. They never disappoint with the service they provide. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly too! 🙂

Not sure what is going with this place anymore. We’re great first couple times , last two times has been terrible. 5 hour waits, didn’t even groom our dog just a wash. Had to return following weekend. Another 5 hours. I can no longer recommend

Professional and treated my dog and cat like it was their own. I could see their love for animals the moment I walked in the door. They did a perfect lion cut on my long haired cat and my dog looks amazing too.

5 stars for Renee, my baby’s groomer! My 8 month old Goldendoodle loves going to see Renee. Maggie has no anxiety at all when going to be groomed. I’m always pleased with her grooming and the love shown to my pup. I highly recommend Renee. She always has a smile on her face and seems genuinely happy to see us.

We took our little chihuahua for grooming her, and they said she was going to be ready an hour but I soon my husband got home they call she was ready 🙁 no even 20 min after, and maybe because she is a small dog but they can let him know so he can wait in the car for her or at the store next door instead of coming home then have to go right away back. They putted a little bandana over her neck and she was all clean and her hair was really nice BUT few days after I took it off SURPRISED she was been CUT multiple times around her neck and they didn’t even bother to let us know so we can take care of her after. I was really upset, I felt so bad about my little Chihuahua it was her first time at the grooming place. I won’t take my dog here again but for any other time you should let the owner know what happened to her/his dog ont try to cover it up, we were lucky she didn’t get any of those cuts inflicted
