Went here with no knowledge but ready to purchase a snake for my 9 year old . Dennis was amazing gave us so much needed Information was very patient with us as well. It was a great experience. They have great price and a very large verity of snakes . We ended up getting a ball python .

Very knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. Get my feeders from them weekly and have now bought snakes from them. Had an issue with one that was probably my fault(😭) but they fixed it without any blame. Will continue to give them business and recommend to everyone.

Nice folks for the most part. Their fish always look sick but the snakes and mice look healthy from when I can tell. They got good pieces of driftwood mounted on slates that I really like. The one in my tank was about $14. You can see the progression of the plants. I made it into a kind of Pride Rock formation! ☺️✨

These people are wonderful. We met them at the reptile show in Pasadena. They were the only booth encouraging people to hold the ball pythons and learn about them. They took the time to answer all of my questions. The next weekend we drove two hours to go see their place and were impressed with all of the different colors and patterns they had available. I found the one I wanted and they have been very informative and helpful to make sure I have everything I need for her.

Ive got some good animals from here, but I've been harassed by Dennis a couple times. He's a cool dude, I have gotten great deals, but he can be weird, too. Anyway this isn't enough to keep me from coming back bc the store is great otherwise:)

10 out of 5 stars. They are amazing people and have given discounts . The female ball python prolapsed and we brought it in and they are nursing her to health for us to pick her back up and even gave us one to keep for the time being.

We bought a Bichor for $25..it's a really cool fish, and he eats small earthworms from our backyard....and I bought a blue/silver Angel fish for $10...not a very sociable fish yet, hoping it will hang out with my other 2 Angels eventually.

I just cant say enough good things about this shop. Absolutely the most knowledgable place around about snakes I have found. We took our 8 year old in to learn about snakes before getting deciding whether it would be the right pet for him. They were so awesome and spent well over an hour talking with us and him and having him hold various snakes and teaching him so much. This will always be my go to pet shop. Amazing people and honestly very great prices.
