I grew up coming to this pet store with my mother, and I'm in my 30s now.

The staff is almost always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They're quick with getting items needed as well.

The prices are usually a lot more reasonable and affordable compared to other pet stores like Petco and Petsmart.

They tend to have a larger variation in choices as well for all items (:

I took my dog for heartworm blood test and getting heartworm med on Sunday (mobile vet service 4-5:30pm). We got some wet food for her as well. Nice friendly staff and price is reasonable.

Cashier with long black hair is extremely rude. Asked if I wanted a bag for over 20 cans of kitten food. Then she continues to stack them on top of one another and drops them from the very top of the bag. Letting them all fall and slam onto the counter. Denting multiple cans. It was so loud I looked up in confusion. Another customer noticed and we were shocked. I have never been so disrespected at this store. Used to be my go to.

Beware of workers who are rude and do not want to assist nor talk to you. And handle your expensive purchases without care. $40 worth of food just to get treated horribly.

Great place to get dog food, pet club is the only place that offers 15% off instincts brand dog or cat food regularly. Today they had buy one get one free deal! My dog is very picky about what he likes and he loves instinct raw toppers! Great bargain!

Love the selection of premium dog food! Not many places carry Zignature. I saw this packaging of another brand & it made me laugh. It looks like one of my dogs, my newest adoptee.
