Called one minute before closing saying I was two minutes away and hoping that they would maybe be able to help me out. The clerk on staff hung the phone up and when I called back, they did it a second time. will never shop here again with that kind of response. They could’ve easily said unfortunately we are not able to provide that service but instead they just hung up on me. very rude

Can’t seem to adhere to their opening hours. 2 out of every 3 times I come by after work, they’re closed early and I’ve wasted a drive.
And prices are not as great as they used to be.

Huge variety of pet food and other supplies here at good prices. Rarely do they ever run low on what I'm looking for and the employees are always friendly and helpful plus there's plenty of parking.

I love this pet store. Down to earth knowledgeable nice people work here. I try to shop here for my pets always. Their prices are so much better than other stores-
Their feather toys for cats are amazing and only 4.99-5.99 and last forever! My cat gives the store 5 stars too!
