Mae & her daughter are Amazing Groomers, I live 45 minutes away & make that drive. ♡have done Great with My Fur babies cuts everytime. Very professional, caring, reasonable pricing & welcoming. Highly recommend.

Just don't risk it.
Took almost 6 hours for my 10 lb fur baby.
He had trouble walking the rest of the day which he only does after he's been sleeping in one spot all night so I assume he was in the metal cage the whole time.
They claim he got to take breaks and run around but when I got there his pile of fur was way too large for me to believe that, it looked like they did it all at once.
His private parts were bleeding and have bothered him days later. His ears have cuts all inside them.
They did his gland expression even though I didn't ask for it (it's an extra charge so I assumed they wouldn't preform a service I wasn't prepared to pay for) and I DID ask for a nail trim and didn't get it.
May was rude on the phone when I called at the time they said he would be ready. Groomer told me he had been ready for a while and May wouldn't let her call me because she wanted to play with my dog.
When I arrived the jokes about stealing him and not letting me pick him up made me feel weird and I can take almost any joke.
Cash only (wasn't aware until arrival)
I still was nice and tipped heavily but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unprofessional, rude, concerning, all around terrible experience.

I just picked my dog up from Perros Y Gatos and I couldn't wait to get home to write this review! The staff here are extremely friendly and warm both in person and on the phone. I felt comfortable with them right away! They were so incredibly flexible with my schedule and even came in before they open so I could drop my dog off. I can't express how much that means to me! The groomer, May, was wonderful with my girl and her coat looks beautiful! I was so nervous taking her in to be groomed because past groomers have let us down but I this whole process was comfortable and I felt sure that my dog was in good hands. I felt great leaving her there this morning and I am ecstatic to see how great she looks now. I will DEFINITELY be coming back and recommending this place to others!

I’m a very understanding person but this is just unacceptable we took our dog MJ for a grooming today march 22th and we are not pleased they did not clip her nails or shave her paws also left her tail half done also didn’t take her bath as we requested didn’t tell us any of this information till we handed over the cash then they let us see the results and told us everything as she was walking us out the door locking up very rushed and unprofessional will not recommend this place.

Took my baby in for a schnauzer cut at 8:30 am. He wasn’t ready until almost 2 pm. They trimmed his face when I asked them not to and some hairs were long when they were supposed to be short. Terrible job, I’ve never had anyone do such a horrible job on grooming my baby. Also when I asked at what time he would be ready the lady rudely responded “ I don’t know, and I won’t rush because we’re busy today” learn how to schedule so you don’t rush through. I will never take my baby here again. He has been acting really weird. They must’ve treated him bad or something.

Maybelline was so sweet when she booked my appointment. Ehryn did a fabulous job on our girls, they look just absolutely beautiful! Pricing was very reasonable, will definitely be back! It is cash/check only so come prepared!
