My experience with this grooming service was absolutely unacceptable. I arrived at 5 PM expecting a few hours for the grooming, but it ended up taking over 9 hours before I could pick up my pet. After noticing the place was about to close, I had to wait an additional 50 minutes outside, with no explanation or updates during the entire process.

I repeatedly had to call to figure out what was going on, but when I finally got my pet back, the grooming was a disaster—completely uneven, sloppy, and clearly rushed. My pet was visibly stressed, which only added to my frustration and disappointment.

This level of service is inexcusable. To add insult to injury, the quality of the grooming was far below basic standards, and the overall experience was incredibly frustrating. I will never return to this place and will make sure to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and all consumer protection services on Monday to ensure others are aware of this poor business practice. I strongly recommend that others avoid this place if they value their pets and their time.

Great place. Great service. My cat is long hair and he takes a lot if maintenance but they were able to make him feel super soft and smell really nice! I would recommend this place to anyone. I didn’t take the after pics but pawspa did a great job.

Took very long for my dog to get groomed she got dropped off at 2:10 which was her appointment time and I didn’t get her until 8 . I called them at 4 to check on her they told me they would start on her and I called again and she still didn’t start on her. My dog is a shitzu and is not big at all and when she finally did cut her it look rushed . My dog has one ear cut and one not cut and they didn’t cut her hair even . I waited inside for her to finish and she was talking about the clients calling her because she hasn’t started on the dog and it was 8pm it says the shop closes at 6. She also let her husband cut a dog and she told me he never groomed dog before .

I had my long haired cat groomed here today. I found it to be very caring and knowledgeable as well as accommodating my cat around the dogs. I highly recommend them for all fur babies. Extremely satisfied.

Pet lovers, please reconsider doing business with Pawspa. My experience was regrettable. 1:00 appointment was told 2.5 hours to service. They would call 15 mins before complete. At 4:00 I called them. Said very busy, would be another hour. No call, so I showed up at 6:00 when they closed. My dog had a bath only. Was scheduled for full service. She had been in there for 5 hours, with no call to update on crate and blow dryer issues. Much of my day was planned around this appointment. They do not have their act together. My dog was hungry and traumatized.

Wow, it took 5 hours to get my dog back and they had only trimmed his back... i have dog shears and went back over everything. You should try anywhere else.
