Love this groomer! Their staff is amazing especially Victoria! Today, Harley got a lion cut but she also gets the fox cut, too. Reasonably priced and in/out in 2 hours or less!

Close to home and easy to schedule a convenient time. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been cheerful & helpful. A joy! My Husky comes home happy which indicates she has been treated well and with respect. Her adopted sibling, our Great Dane goes berserk until she returns home.

My dog loves going to daycare! She runs to get inside Pawsh and is ALWAYS greeted with happy, smiling people. I can tell she’s treated with love. The best part is she’s worn out when she gets home. Great prices and an environment my dog loves.

I haven't boarded my dogs here in 2 years, so it's possible things have changed. Here is why I stopped boarding here, after 5 or 6 different times...
1. My dogs would come home incredibly dehydrated- they'd drink down 2 full bowls of water as soon as we got home
2. I paid for my foster to have play time with the other dogs and when I picked her up I asked how she did, and no one could tell me. I called for 4 days in a row to try getting a hold of someone that worked the 3 days she was there. I don't think they let her play at all, but still charged me.
3. When I boarded my 2 dogs and 1 foster and paid for 3 baths, my foster obviously didn't get a bath, yet they still charged me.
4. I heard techs yelling in the back at the animals twice.
5. They cut one of my dog's nails so short that 6 of them were bleeding for hours after getting her home. 1 or 2 is kind of understandable, but not 6.

Just took my miniature Poodle here for the first time. Stephanie knocked it out of the park. My baby has never looked so great. She was happy when I picked her up and was walking her poodle prance.

The staff at the Clear Lake office are just fantastic. They love their work and care for the animals and it shows. I can rest comfortably whenever my dog is boarded with them while I’m away

I had a really disappointing experience at this dog boarding place. My dog went in happy and came back with visible marks on his face and a swollen, red eye. When I asked the manager about it, they brushed it off, suggesting another dog must have scratched him.

To make matters worse, I paid for grooming on the last day of boarding, but when I picked him up, he smelled like urine, and his ears were dirty. It's clear they didn't take proper care of him.

I would not recommend this place. The attached photos speak for themselves - the difference between the day of drop-off and the day of pick-up is shocking. Choose a different boarding facility for your furry friend's well-being.
