Been using Ken for years with our schnauzers. He is awesome!
My dogs LOVE him and he's so kind to them. Yes the place is dusty but that goes with the business of grooming & it's hard to keep employees in our country's current state - so lighten up on the dust comments folks. He also has a sick wife at home!
Ken never disappoints and our dogs are happy every time we pick them up. Our dogs always look great and they're happy to see Ken.

I love the people at Paws Up. But this time I think there was a communication breakdown. I have 2 yorkies a Male an Female. The Male gets a short haircut and the female keeps long hair so she only gets "cleaned up" around her eyes and tummy and bottom with a nail an foot hair trim. It cost 40$ each. However when I got them back and didnt notice her "clean up" was not done. Although her nails were trimmed, The hair on her feet was untouched. Her hair bangs were not trimmed but was unnoticed because of the Bow they had in it with her hair pulled back. Her tear areas were also untouched. The Boy looked FABULOUS his hair cut is Awsome!!

I take both of my dogs here for grooming. They are both not fond of grooming/people touching their paws, but the owner handles them with care & is so professional! I love the cuts they give my schnauzer mix. My favorite place in Forney BY FAR! Prices are reasonable too!

I have used this groomer twice and will continue to use them. They make my dogs very happy and when I pick them up they are stress free which is hard to find a place they are happy at. They do everything I ask and are very friendly . I would recommend this place to everyone. They are more than reasonable on the price for the work they do. Very happy that I switched and so are my babies. They are in good hands.

Please do NOT take your pup here!! As someone who does not like to talk down on other businesses, I feel that it’s important to tell the truth, as I am a groomer in training that values the safety of the dog.
This place seems to care less about the safety of the dogs in their care. One of my best friends took her pup here, and he was CUT VERY BADLY in a place that groomers are trained to be VERY CAREFUL WITH! To top that off, they DID NOT LET HER KNOW THAT IT HAPPENED, leaving the haircut longer than she asked… Probably to cover up the cut. The poor pup had to go to the vet to get 2 STAPLES, 1 ANTIBIOTIC SHOT, 1 PAIN RELIEF SHOT, AND PAIN MEDS!
