Great place for grooming! My five Shih Tzus looked awesome. The rates are great for all of the services. The staff is friendly and attentive. They offer accessories for purchase such as collars and leashes. You can also purchase animal food here. I would definitely return. I would recommend making an appointment.

Although we never did end up leave our dogs here, it was a run around trying to even have them boarded here. We travel frequently and have kenneled our dogs several times. We recently moved and wanted to try Paws Up because they were closer to home. It was difficult to even get scheduled since no one answers the phone or returns voicemails. I was told I needed vaccine records, which is standard and I expected this. On the day we were leaving town, my husband brought our dogs in and she told him they would not take them because we did not have the actual rabies certificate. I’ve never had to show the certificate before because the vaccine records provided by my vet office always showed rabies on there. Do they think they vet was lying about administering the rabies vaccine but not the others? Just archaic processes that made the whole reservations so difficult. The place was not very nice so I would go and look before you leave your animals here. I ended up calling Ponderosa Pet Resort in Royce city and they answered immediately and were willing to take our pups without hesitation. They have always been easy to communicate with and treated our dogs great. I will continue to use them!

Just updating my review. It has been almost 2 months now and after they damaged all of my Tesla center caps and then lost one, they still have not replaced them. I was told week after week that they have been ordered and they should be here in a couple of days. Each time I call, I’m told that they have been unable to order them and they “ are doing it today.” When I have ordered stuff from Tesla, it has been to my house in less than a week. Be careful to count your center caps when you leave. Hopefully they don’t lose one and then not replace them.

I have always, and will forever love, paws up grooming and boarding! The owners are extremely knowledgeable in all breeds and provides all training classes for all dog sports. They even host the occasional international dog show at their facilities and it’s a great experience for friends and families to come together and exhibit their dogs. I have even had the honor of the owners to groom my own pets and he does a great job everytime!

Horrible experience. I tried to board my babies today. I called Ken to ask a few questions. He had an attitude. He was rude and unprofessional, would not allow me to talk. He said that I had spoke with him, when I made the reservation. I did not speak with him, I spoke to a female. If you are rude with me, how do I know that you would take care of my babies. You are very unprofessional and this is at 9 a.m. Who is upset that
early in the morning? If your having a bad day allow someone else to answer the phones. I'm good on Paws Up. Not a problem with the boarding we didn't leave are babies there. The one star is for the unprofessional phone conversation. I've been nothing but respectful to Ken when I was able to say something. I hope noone else has to experience this type of unprofessionalism.

We really needed our dog to get a bath after she ran away and came back. So when we called he was able to squeeze us in within 30mins. He made us feel very comfortable; like we were leaving our dog in good hands.

After picking up our dog he explained a couple things to us and were going back in a few weeks. He didn’t try to “sell” us anything but rather was very helpful.

This is definitely someone we’ll continue to go to if our dog needs any more grooming needs.
