Our little dog Oliver is almost 18 years old and we didn’t want to drop him off at a groomer where he would be alone and anxious, so being able to stay with him the whole time in our own home was comforting and relaxing for both him and us. Jennifer came to our home to give him a cut and a bath and trimmed his nails as well. She was incredibly patient, understanding and skilled considering his age and us helicoptering around as she worked. I wish we had found Paws R Us and Jennifer sooner!

Wonderful experience for my 17 year old toy poodle and us. Kris was gentle, and gave her beautiful cut. I love the fact they provide in- home service. My pup wasn’t freaked at all. The service took about an hour and half, instead of a 4 hour drop off service. No cages and no interruptions equals little to no stress for the dog. And if that isn’t reason enough to call Paws R Us, the cost was less than a drop off service!

Kaylee is a fabulous knowledgeable groomer. She earned the trust of my skittish husky rescue within a few minutes! She could read him so well which was super important to me. I highly recommend her!!

I'm very happy with the company overall, scheduling was easy, it was easy to get all their documents done, very efficient! When you have a rescue, a job , a family, its great when things go smoothly!

We had a very positive experience with Kaylee for my puppy’s first grooming. He was anxious and she took the time to not only give him a great groom, but also not stress him or push him. The process was never rushed and put his needs first. I wish I had known about this for all my other dogs!

Great experience with Irene who came over for a nail trim for our 12 year old 100 pound Labradane who struggles to get out of the house these days. She was great interacting with both our pups and was kind and efficient. We were also able to get a same day appointment! Thank you!
