First time using PAWS for my 10 year old golden doodle. Hannah did a great job on him. Overall cut is great and VERY even. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ definitely will go to PAWS again and recommend them for grooming!

Made an appointment for both of my French Bulldogs to get groomed, super easy to do online. Brought both pups in this morning and received a phone call to let me know the dogs would not allow the tech to touch them outside of giving them a bath and was still charged $110. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!! I will not be returning.

I just received a phone call from the owner. She said that they had received all the services I paid for. Although the dogs do not look or smell like they had any type of grooming. All she wanted to do was praise herself over the phone. I am highly disappointed. When I received the first call I was told that the dogs wouldn't let them do anything except give them a bath, now I'm being told that they had their nails trimmed, ears and face cleaned, teeth brushed. Not the story I got on the first phone call. Their teeth do not look brushed, faces still have stuff in the folds, and they smell horrible.

I personally shared a review at their other location on Clinton Hwy for their employees for making fun of my dad. Go look at that review for details.
I decided to give them another opportunity since the groomer we used was booked. I explained that I wanted a teddy bear style cut. I provided a picture to the groomer. She stated his ears were matted and stated she needed to shave them. I explained that he was just groomed 8 weeks ago and he also gets brushed. I told her to just do what she could to cut around it and the groomer stated, “Okay, just make sure to work on getting that out at home”. I went to pick up my dog and they charged me nearly $100 which included a dematting charge. I explained that I did not ask for the service nor did anyone call to inform me that this service needed to be added. I told her I would pay for everything but we wouldn’t be back. The first picture is what he looks like after going to his regular groomer vs. the last two pictures is this shop. You’ll see he was completely shaved at the top of his nose (something I told the groomer NOT to do). You will also see he did not get the standard teddy bear cut as I requested. If I was charged for an dematting service, why was he shaved? Awful! Avoid this place if you have a doodle.

Update: The additional photos are from his groomer that has cut my goldendoodles hair since he was 4 months. She agreed his cut is uneven and also stated she’s never had issues with matting with him.

Love that I can take my "Bud" to PAWS and know he is being cared, not just groomed. Lisa is awesome and always does such a good job and Bud loves her! If you are looking for a clean, caring and professional groomer, I highly recommend PAWS Pet Supply and Grooming!

I took our 7 pound, mini Italian greyhound to PAWS last week for a groom and trim. I usually love PAWS - everyone there is so friendly and kind and I’m usually satisfied with Ollies haircut. However When I picked him up this past week, the lady at the front desk told me that his groomer had “nicked” him when he was giving him a trim. She told me that she decided to take over for him since he had nicked her but then SHE proceeded to “nick” him as well. She showed me that the cut wasn’t too deep and that it was just a nick. when I picked him up, he was squirming so I didn’t get a chance to look that closely. She gave me a discount but not a full refund. This was definitely shocking to me since not only had one groomer cut my dog but two. When I got home, I noticed that the wounds were incredibly deep. A day later and they are infected!!! I am having to take Ollie to the vet this week. I usually have a great experience, but I am sad to say that I will not be going back. They hurt Ollie very badly and this has cost me not only a haircut which should have been free, but a vet bill as well. Trigger warning: ⚠️ blood. They've always done a fantastic job grooming my dog, Riley. Each groomer we've worked with has been wonderful, and the prices are reasonable. I also love the pictures they send after each groom. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a groomer.
