Paws n play is the best! I love how they care about what is in the products they sell. The staff is always knowledgeable about the products too. They have the cutest toys for dogs, always festive. We especially love their self service dog wash stations. The shampoo and conditioner comes out of the water pipes which makes it so easy to lather your big dog.

I always enjoy going to Paws n Play to pick up some special treats for the dogs. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Cute little store with all the essentials to put a big smile on my dog's face. She always gets the split shin bones and collagen sticks. It's nice that they are not far from home too!

It's a small but very nice pet store. They definitely know how to make good use of their small footprint. They carry quality food treats and enrichment toys. I am recovering from an injury and the owner has always carried the bag of food out to my car. Excellent customer service.

BEST of the BEST selection for toys, enrichment, treats, grooming supplies, you name it! This place is my dream pet store for real. All the variety of products from Kong, West Paw, etc. will make your jaw drop. 🤩 The store is always clean and well organized. Also, the staff is always helpful and kind.

31 minutes left until they close, the place is completely empty with 2 employees. After we described we are anxious to find a place close to home and need a dog wash they said no, that they want to be home at a decent time. We are long time dog owners and know it to takes about 20 min. They mentioned they need to disinfect after and clean and we offered to help. We want them to be home at a decent time which they would have but their lack of customer service, pious disposition to work through their shift is terrible service. Just go to Dog Wash at Autowash Northfield super close and you don’t get a No with 31 minutes left.

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Staff is rude, dog wash was a mess when i tried using it. Definitely do not recommend… Taking my business some where else. To bad I have to at least give a 1 star. If I could I’ll do 0….

A great North End neighborhood pet store. Their price is competitive with Chewy and PetSmart. Owner and staff are professional and friendly. We enjoy their community events, and the self washing dog station is convenient and easy to use.

For the dude who left a one star review about a door hanger, get over yourself. You need to leave the company who distributed the flyers a one star review and not paws n play. That’s just unfair. Great way to support a small business
