My 3 babies looked perfect! They do a thorough, terrific job! Also our shepherd is a pain in the butt with barking in the kennel and they aren’t bothered by it at all. They are great and the doggies love going there!

WARNING TO PUPPY OWNERS - MY PUPPY WAS SHAKEN AND YELLED AT BY THIS GROOMER: After a good conversation on the phone with this groomer about how to slowly introduce my new puppy to grooming, I was feeling comfortable leaving her there with the direction to see how much she could comfortably tolerate at only 11.5 weeks of age. She is a 3.8 pound yorkipoo/cavapoo mix. I came back to PawsNClaws at the agreed upon time to see her on the grooming table being roughly handled and struggling out of fear. I witnessed one of the groomers (an older woman with white/gray hair) grab her by the back of her neck, lift the front on her body to pull her face close, SHAKE HER and yell NO NO NO in her face - because she was wiggling and struggling to get away from the clippers. I immediately interrupted and demanded to get my puppy back - I was shaking and tearing up, so upset to see a young dog being treated this way. They first tried to claim that she didn't shake the puppy - but I saw it with my own eyes and instantly called her out on it! Then the other groomer admitted that she had her back turned and didn't see it. Then they both insisted that they didn't hurt her. I was furious. I couldn't get my tiny dog out of there fast enough. I offered to pay but the groomer said I didn't have to. My puppy was only half shaved - and shaved WAY too short. She was wimpering and shaking when I got her in my arms and she didn't stop until I got her home. This is so unprofessional and reprehensible way to treat a baby animal! This groomer could have made a customer for the life of this dog but instead mistreated a puppy and I'll NEVER go there again. Everything I read and have been told by my vet says that slowly and patiently introducing a puppy to grooming is the only way to get them comfortable and to reduce trauma - they are so young and sensitive at this age. I'm just happy I walked in when I did. A dog that small could easily have her neck broken being shaken that forcefully.

Helen & Christine are terrible at failing to be fantastic! Super friendly & down to earth. 1st time I brought in my extremely stubborn pitbull, Gypsy, to see if they could help out with getting her claws cut, they treated me with respect, and we talked like we had known each other for years. But that played 2nd fiddle to when I returned to pick Gypsy up and saw they accomplished something I was never able to, they worked their magic and got (not so) little miss "don't even think about touching my paws" claws trimmed! Woot! And she looked so good after the bath they gave her! Woot Woot!! I was sold and have since taken Gypsy nowhere else to get her necessary pedicures & grooming.
So if you're looking for somewhere to get your pooch prettied up, or even your cat all clean, look no further than Paws N Claws!!! 🐶❤️🐱

Took my fluffy boy Winston there who had a couple of Matt's and long crazy hair. They did a wonderful job he came out looking brand new, beautiful work from the ladies there. Also very reasonable prices. Definitely going there from now on!

My dog Kaya has been going to the Paws and Claws grooming since she was a little baby her whole life and she will be 11 years old this December 2022 we have always trusted Christina and Helen with our dog all these years and we are going to continue to bring her to these wonderful ladies. I have had my Golden Retrievers groomed here for 12 years. They have always done an excellent job with my dogs. I will continue to use their services as long as they are open for business. Christine and Helen care about your pets and their health. I highly recommend their service.

DO NOT USE THEM. I walked in and was totally ignored. They had no idea I was there while in the lobby. Three ladies were grooming a poor dog. They were extremely rough with the dog. And one lady was swearing at the dog over and over. Beware not nice to your pets.
