The worst vet experience of my life. I was forced to pay for a visit that I actually walked out on because of poor and incomplete and incompetent service from their vet. I walked out after over an hour of sitting in a small room with my large dog and the vet saying she can’t see something with her own eyes without me paying more for her to see it? All they want is your money and don’t care about service or your pet. The vet tried to tell me No to my treatment before even attempting to take a look. The first thing she said to me when she came in was if I wanted to do a surgery for my dog when I was in there for a skin tag and shots and med update. I wanted nothing new just to continue her same course she’s been on for years.
I asked the office manager if I can just leave and we forget this even happened. And she forced me to pay for the visit or she said it will show up in my records even though I had nothing done for me that I came in for. The office manager said “it was subjective”, even though my visit was to get my dog up to date on her medicine and shots. I left with nothing but still had to pay?
So my “subjective” review, Be warned go somewhere else if you care about your pet.
This is my first review ever like this but the public needs to be aware of what goes on here.

I had an unfortunate accident with my puppy while playing fetch he ran his eye into a sprinkler head. Dr.Garcia is such an amazing Doctor, he gave me hope and best of all have us a chance to save my pups eye. We are still in the healing process right now but the stitches are out and my pup is tail wagging again. I highly recommended this office. The staff is also friendly and helpful and honest, price is also reasonable. Paws and claws has your pet at their best interest. I’m very comfortable with this office and will continue be taking Cooper here.

Awful place.
I took my cat there after a leg injury. They did an x-ray, and they said she needed surgery; otherwise, she would always be limp and in pain.
We didn’t do it. She healed in three weeks and never had any problems after that.

It’s a reasonable amount of money for treatment and they do an amazing job at it. Bailey is awesome. Every time I called, Bailey picked up and was so kind and quick with her updates on my pup. My dog fainted on the floor the second we got in the clinic and they were super fast to take her in and treat her. The technician just scooped her off of the floor and took her back.

Thank you once again for everything. I can’t wait for her to come home.

I cannot say enough about Paws and Claws. We brought our sweet Espy in with bladder issues, among other things. They had to keep her over the weekend and I got to bring her home Monday. Unfortunately, she had two good days and began to have the same issues. I had a follow up appointment on Friday and it was then that they let us know that there were not any options that would allow her to live a good life moving forward. We sadly had to put her down. They allowed me to take all the time I needed to contact my wife and get her there to say her goodbyes. As sad as that day was, we are grateful for the ability to spend a final week with her and be there when she passed peacefully.

The did an hernia surgery foe my baby boy Harley and he was super bad when he arrived but left acting like his old self. They kept him and watched him for 4 days. Highly recommend.
