I didn't want to write a bad review but I gave them every chance to respond and remedy... 3 emails and 2 phone calls over a two week period with no response. The photo on the left is the first grooming they did with Kristine who did a great job. When I brought her in the second time, I was asked if I wanted the same cut and I replied yes. Another groomer did the cut and they completely botched the job--objectively this is terrible and not a "style preference". I wanted some type of remedy but they were unwilling to respond to my very polite attempts. The eyelashes were cut way too short and uneven and they cut all her whiskers so short they were prickly. I also was very specific not to express anal glands which they apparently did anyway as she came home rubbing her butt on the ground for two days. I liked them in person but when there is a problem, they should at the very least respond to a customer... I was planning on going back to Kristine but not now. Time to look for another groomer...

We’ve had them do our dog grooming for years, but the prices have skyrocketed, especially for a 10 lb. Little dog. We have found a good groomer for half the cost that we are very happy with….no need to gouge customers.

This is the only place I will bring my doggo too. The service is amazing and he looks so handsome once I pick him up. I would recommend this place to anyone!

First off let me say that these people were very nice and friendly. I don’t have an issue with them and my complaint is also my fault for not asking a head of time.

I brought my dog 60lb short hair dog for just a bath and nail cut. I told them my issue is with all of his hair shedding and I basically just wanted a good brushing with some sort of special comb or vacuum to remove all his hair that keeps shedding. When I picked him up I could still pull clumps of hair off of him. So wasn’t to happy with that. Then when she told me $80 I was kind of shocked. There was no cutting or trimming involved. I don’t understand how they come up with this price and it only took them 35 minutes. 🤷🏻‍♂️

My little doggie gets SO excited as soon as she figures out where we’re going and always runs towards the groomer with a huge smile on her face. Consistently awesome

Amy did a fantastic job with my standard poodle! he looks lovey, smells great, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and the whole staff treated him like one of their own, you can really tell they care about pets! the boutique is also such a delight to step in to, clean and cute!

I love Paws & Claws Pet Grooming. They do fantastic work and take great care of my dog, Oliver. They are recently under new management, that is great too! Everything about this place is awesome for my pets & I. The picture is his first haircut with the new workers. They did such a good job! Do not worry, he is not missing a leg. That is the way he poses for the camera, by pulling his left paw up and smiling.

Wow! I’m so impressed. I have always had short-haired dogs that did not require grooming, but I just adopted two dogs that have very long hair and I took them to Paws and Claws recently to fix them up. They had been neglected in terms of their bodily care. Their hair was matted and they definitely had not been groomed in a long time. Shannon took care of them so well! They look unbelievable. Their hair is so soft and silky. I know that they are also so happy with their haircuts. They must feel like they weigh 10 pounds lighter.

EDIT: Also wanted to update-I wrote the above two years ago when I adopted my dogs. I also wanted to say Amy is AWESOME and they go to Amy now. My dogs are still going to Paws & Claws and look awesome. Amy is gentle and amazing with the pups. My dog came home looking amazing recently. She looks perfect to what I asked for.
