As always, my pup was made to feel safe and welcome during his visit. Nadja takes the time to not only get to know the pup, but also their humans. I know some pups do not like going to the groomers. However, with my pup, all I have to do is say Nadja' name & he runs to the door barely able to contain his excitement. After his appointment he is relaxed & sleeps the whole way home. If you are in need of a caring groomer ... you cannot go wrong with Nadja.

I also noticed someone wrote a critical review about Paw Spa. After reading it, I do not feel the review is accurate since the person mentioned that this was her dog's 1st time at Paw Spa and how their dog had never been to any other groomer before. This person also wrote another bad review about a different groomer where she had a similar experience. Not sure how their dog reacts to a new place & person is that place or person's fault. Knowing your dog was at a new groomer, I'd recommend staying outside for a bit in the event your dog does not settle. This way you can quickly be there for your pup. I've been at the salon when some of the dogs are unhappy. Nadja does everything she can to calm them and make them feel safe. However, some dogs do not calm down where she will ask if the dog can please be picked up. It is not fair to that dog or any other dog to keep them there when they are upset. I think some forget Paw Spa is for grooming and not a doggie day care :-). I have never had a bad experience at Paw Spa and highly recommend Nadja.

Nadja is the best groomer I've ever found. Most importantly, she is consistent in her quality. She uses scent free products and is just the type of person I am excited to bring my dog to. She has a very warm energy. Ive never been happier with a groomer.

1st grooming for our 6 month old Milton. Nadja is wonderful. Even though our Maltipoo wouldn't stay still, they both fell in love with each other, and we're very happy with the results!

Nadja @ Paw Spa has been grooming our GoldenDoodle (mini) for almost 2 yrs. It took us 4 yrs to find an amazing groomer, and we will never consider taking him anywhere else!! I saw a recent negative review, and I would consider this an isolated case... Nadja is kind and patient with her 🐾🐾 clients -- and she has always exceeded our expectations!! ...when we tell our lil guy that it's time to go see Miss Nadja, he gets very excited... this tells me everything!!

We have been going to Paw Spa since 2010 when I just had my cat. She still gives him his Lion Cut and he loves it. She now also grooms my dogs. The Coton de Tulear is a higher maintenance breed and Nadja does a wonderful job following my specifications. Book in advance!

We took our cavapoo here for the first time and could not recommend Nadja and her services highly enough! Our dog, Nelly is a nervous, older dog and after a not so great experience at another groomer chose to switch to Pet Spa after reading their stellar reviews. Usually after grooming, Nelly is nervous and hides but she came home clearly at ease and looking wonderful. Thank you, Nadja for your expertise and wonderful demeanor with our sweet pup!

Nadja has done an awesome job with our two cavapoos. One of our dogs had a hip replacement and she was very caring when he needed to be groomed after. Nadja takes great notes on your dog's grooming and makes sure you like the cut. One of the best things about her cuts is that they grow out so well. Our dogs have never looked better a month after grooming than they have with Nadja. No hair weird hair growth from their faces like the other groomers. She's also very responsive when making appointments.
