We took our Pomeranian to get her hair cut/ trimmed after about 50 minutes they sent us a text message saying she was ready we went and picked her up and to me it looks like the only thing they cut was her tail. I’m not sure why we paid for a haircut for her to come home looking the same way she left just with a shorter tail. I’m very disappointed

I have never seen such an aweful haircut in my life on my pomeranian!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This was my first and last time going to this place! I ask for a trim and then to Straighten up her undercoat and they just cut her tail short and didn't touch the rest of her body they did gapped her legs up that was it!! I'll never go back here!!!!

Up till today had done a good job. However, I think they are having groomer issues since the move to new place. Had my German Shepard go in for his wash and undercoat blow. They brought him out wet and unblown. Stated groomers had already left. They also charged us. I will not be giving them any more business. Kids running an adult business.

very upset come to pick my dog up from the groomers. I wanted his haircut short it comes back trimmed. They did not do a good job. I am so angry. I could’ve trimmed him at home. That’s what I wanted was very good at one time they are getting very lazy. ?

Love these gals. I'm inconsistent with my visits but when I wait too long I don't feel judged. Pricing is great, service is great, and they loved on my cooper so sweetly. He doesn't do well with people touching his feet and they are gentle and kind. even carried his spoiled butt to the car last time. Thank you ladies!
