I just brought my Rough Collie in for a wash and trim, as well as my Miniature Dachshund for her walk-in nail appointment. The ladies were excellent with both of them, and I was particularly pleased to hear that my Collie was described as a "gentleman" after his bath. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of the team, and I will definitely be bringing my pets back to them in the future.

COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB AT HOME! We took our dogs to get baths and nail trims. Upon picking them up I noticed a few stray hairs on my beagle but just figured it was from him moving around since he has white fur on his neck. When we got home and I took a closer look he actually looks WORSE than he did before we took him. He’s always had dandruff since he was a baby but a bath always got rid of it. But leaving here he has more dandruff than he had when he went. We had to comb and brush them when we got home just to get it off. It only took a few brushes but after paying $80 you would think they would have done that as part of the service.

As far as our Maltese/chihuahua mix, they weren’t able to clip her nails because she has anxiety and get worked up which we understand. But with them being a grooming service I thought they would have the tools to still get the job done. Only half the service was able to be completed so why still charge the full amount?

P.S. neither of our dogs PAW PADS were trimmed even a little. We won’t be returning here and wouldn’t recommend.

Kristin has been taking care of Taz since he was a little fur ball and before she open her place. She was his first groomer and we missed her while she was on leave taking care of her precious little one. I would totally recommend Paw Pads. Can’t wait for her to groom him tomorrow. We love Ms Kristin and Paw Pads.

Paw pads has always been super easy to book with, not a long wait list, and does an awesome job with my Yorkie! And they are super quick, he doesn’t end up being there all day like some other places we have visited in the past. Definitely have recommended them to fellow pet owners in town!

I would never let anyone else touch my babies! This is NOT just a place that grooms 4-legged babies, this IS an owner who LOVES our 4-legged babies! She gives them nothing but love, free roam of the salon, and all the treats they could want. The owner not only gives this love to our pets but she also requires the same level of love from her staff given to our pets. If you are looking for the best dog groomer, you will find her here at Paw Pads!

Kristin and the entire staff of Paw Pads are so wonderful! I have never had a doodle baby before my sweet Chipper, so I wanted to find a reliable, experienced groomer to ensure his coat was healthy and maintained. I also wanted to find a loving environment where the staff would care for him as if he were their own. Paw Pads has been all of that and so much more! While she doesn't require the same grooming care as Chipper, Kristin and her staff have also been so great with my dachshund puppy, Lucy. She is not a fan of having her nails clipped, and they make it so effortless! Genuinely thankful for Paw Pads Grooming Salon. We will be forever clients!

I have been taking my dog here for over a year and I have nothing but the best things to say about them ! They take care of my dog with such care , she loves going and is so happy when she gets there ! They always cut her how I ask !!!All the girls are so sweet and great with the animals ! Also they are very fairly priced compared to other places !!!
