the worst customer service in this store, they don't know the word please and thank you which is the most basic thing, much less do they know how to serve the customer, me and two only customers who were in the store left annoyed by their terrible manners, I definitely won't be coming back. Just because I really needed the balloons but I really didn't want to be in that store. And I only give them one star because the quality of the balloons is very good

I will never get balloons again at this location. What a terrible experience. The older gentleman at the front is either the manager or just a worker was very rude. After my balloons were given to someone else. He didn’t apologize just insisting that they were picked up already.Also the store is filled with workers doing absolutely nothing the store was very empty definitely over staffed. They gave me another set of balloons in the end. I realize that mistakes happen but the older gentleman should be guiding the workers and setting an example on good customer service instead of walking away with not even an apology.

Party City is a great store for all your party needs. They have a wide selection of decorations, costumes, and supplies for any occasion. The store is easy to shop in, and the staff is friendly. Prices can be a bit high, but they often have good sales. Overall, it’s a convenient place to find everything for your next event.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I thought the reviews were a bit dramatic until I walked inside. Firstly the walkway is weirdly messed up but no big deal. The owner of the place is so incredibly rude to every person who walks in. If you need to fill balloons (even just 1) an hour before closing, good luck. If you think somethings a certain price, double check because they will make a big deal if you call them out on it. Tried charging us 30x the amount. They had the worst attitude towards all the customers, it’s so sad. A dad was just trying to buy one balloon for his kid, another two ladies too. They had an EMPTY store and still wouldn’t fill them for us. They told us don’t even bother going to any other stores but then we went to other stores which were way happier to help us. Don’t shop here, it’s so much more worth the drive to go somewhere else. Walmart on centre is wayyyy better they have a little party city inside. Or the party city on finch.

Please keep a couple of things in mind when shopping here. I paid $25 for 4 balloons and in less that 48 hours they are on the floor. The balloons are mostly filled with air not helium. Please keep in mind that when you buy from smaller balloon shops, I’ve had balloons last for 1.5 weeks. The balloons shrink over time and lay on the floor deflated, so the fact that these a full and plump balloons says that they are mostly filled with air. This is the second time it’s happened, I thought the first was a fluke, but this is just how they operate. Furthermore, I was the only customer yet it took the employee 15min to make the balloons, and the employees are very honest with their distain for their jobs, I have not found this place welcoming on my visits. Overall this place is expensive and offers inferior products, with employees that hate their jobs, so I will not be shopping here anymore, I’ll take my business to smaller shops.

Highly Rude and Unprofessional Staff…

My family and I were shocked and disappointed by the accusatory behavior of the staff at this store. While shopping, my 2 year old son picked up a water and we were rudely questioned about whether we had paid for it, even though we were still in the store. This lack of trust and professionalism was completely uncalled for and left a sour taste in our mouths. We will not be returning to this store and would advise others to be wary of the disrespectful treatment they may receive!

I was at party city today with my son. I brought with me a reusable shopping bag since they do not provide you with one and one of the employees rudely told me that I could not have a bag with me that there is a big sign in front of the store. First off I felt judged that what did she think I was going to steal and secondly there is a way to communicate to people it’s called being professional and human which clearly she is not obviously hates her job and it’s people like her why we live in a horrible awful world. Obviously she does not have education because if she did all she had to say was bags are not allowed it’s our policy just so you aware for next time. Even my 11 year old son was taken back by how rude she was over a reusable bag.
