This is the second time I take my Maltese to Pars grooming. They carefully listen to what I ask them to do for my Luca ( my dog’s name). I highly recommend them. My dog smells like heaven ☺️

Doris owned this business back in the day and always made our little pooch look amazing, she was super sweet. We kept going there when Mahan and Azi took over, they are absolute Angels! Our dog adores them, they treat him so well, spoil him, always follow instructions to the T, are extremely professional, and kind; Their timing is always precise, and their rates are so competitive!! Thank you Ladies for caring for our Fur baby the way you do! We appreciate you so much!! Not enough stars to show our gratitude for your service to the Animal Kingdom!! Bless you!

I had the worst experience with this grooming center! I took my puppy there on the first of August, and it was a complete disaster. Not only did they cut my puppy's hair unprofessional, but also I found several hairless spots on my puppy's body after his hair back. It was as if they used a rusty, old blade or dirty on my poor dog. The staff was not bad, but unprofessional, showing no concern for my pet's well-being. I couldn't believe the lack of care and attention to detail. It's obvious that they have no idea what they're doing. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. My puppy had to suffer through their incompetence, and it's been a nightmare trying to fix the mess they made.
To make matters worse, I've spent hundreds of dollars so far trying to figure out what's wrong with my puppy's skin. The grooming center's negligence has not only caused physical harm but also financial strain. Avoid this grooming center at all costs!

I drove by Dori's and gave her a call. I've been trying to get my dog groomed for the summer but most places are charging outrageously. She answered, gave me a very reasonable quote, and I took him in 20 minutes later. It's a small "mom and pop" store, and she had a few dogs happily getting groomed. Note: my dog is well brushed and didn't have mats. She gave me a call to pick him up 2.5 hours later and I paid what she quoted. My dog had a great summer cut and he was super happy. I don't think I would have gone here if I read the reviews and that's a shame. I agree that Dori isn't a gregarious salesperson. She's unpretentious and practical which I totally *get*. When I picked up my dog she seemed very happy that my dog was so happy. Always give a local place a chance.

Dori is actually does a good job. You can't say anything about that. Except for the one time she gave my dog a mohawk when i specifically told her not to give him a mohawk (it was her idea to begin with). The main problem here is her attitude. She can be and is very rude. She tries to overcharge you by giving you an upfront cost and not telling you that matting is extra. Last time I was there was charged 300 when told 70 and dog took 6 hours to be ready. This is a dog that I give a bath at home and brush him within one hour. I understand the haircut adds time but not 5 hours. She always has an attitude and a mean, uninviting look on her face. I have taken my business elsewhere, and my dog does not look frightened to be there like he did with Dori.

Actual grooming Is okay. Here’s the catch, her base rate is comparable to the market rate, but then she leaves a disclaimer based on matting an extra $20 for every 30 min of work and refused to quote a fixed cost saying i have no idea how long it takes. So upon pickup, I got up-charged for 1:45 of brushing time. This is small dog that could easily be brushed out in a reasonable amount of time. Absolute rip off.

Dori is the most passionate person when it comes to dogs and taking care of them. If you want your doggie to stay groomed and beautiful for a long time after your visit, I'd recommend to try out Dori's Grooming. Definitely worth the money. Thank you for everything, Dori!

I didn’t have a good experience from this place from the past, and I wanted to give it another try since I couldn’t find another place for the time I wanted, and this time everything was different!!! They were SO NICE and FRIENDLY! I found out that there is a new owner, and they really took care of my baby! I barely write any reviews but I thought this place deserves one because everything was what I was expecting out of a grooming! They were on time (which barely happens with other grooming services). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best grooming place!
