I am very pleased with the service we received. I was moving from another state and had three days before my furniture was to arrive so had to find accommodations for four dogs and 1 cat. Dogs stayed 3 nights and I left the cat a total of 5 nights. Figured it would be safer for her to stay two nights in the cat condo so I wouldn’t have to worry about her darting out open doors from the movers. One of the dogs had a bit of an upset stomach/separation issues. Picture were posted on FB and she looked like she was enjoying herself playing with the other dogs. The staff were very sweet and professional. They all seemed to enjoy and love the animals. I will feel very safe to leave my fur babies with them in the future.

I love having a pet DC that loves animals as much as I do. My dog Bear loves to come here to play and make new pup friends. The staff there is great and you can tell the handlers they have love animals and that’s very important. I have an Airedale 2 1/2 years old and hi energy and a place where he can zoom around and play with other dogs is wonderful. I been sending Bear to Pampered Pets for over a year and he has been boarded there a few times as well and they have been great. I highly recommend Pampered Pets and if my dog could talk he would say he loves coming here💕

I have been bringing my dog here for daycare and boarding for several years now, on the recommendation of our dog trainer. I have been incredibly impressed with every single aspect of their business, and they have earned a loyal customer for life as far as I am concerned. Their staff is extremely dedicated and caring, always polite and helpful, and very skilled with communications, which I find is something other dog service businesses often lack. If you want to check in on your dog or cat or have any questions at all, they are always ready and willing to help you. It’s worth repeating: Truly top-notch communication, and staff who are very well-trained in service. We are very grateful for them!

This was Bailey’s first time staying at Pampered Pet. I was impressed with both the staff and facilities. Being new to the area, we also signed Bailey up for her next grooming. Would certainly suggest to anyone looking to board their pet.

Thiis was my first time away from my cat, Bear.
I was extremely nervous because he had just been diagnosed with diabetes and needed insulin shots twice a day.
I brought Bear in for his evaluation and he did just fine.
His stay was for a week.
I texted Pampered Pets a few times to check on him and they promptly returned with a text telling me that he was doing great.
When I picked him up, everyone said that they enjoyed his stay there and that he was very talkative to the staff.
I'll be bringing him back the next time I have to go out of town.

My German Shepherd Major Payne and I just moved here from Indiana for my job. Major has been having a hard time adjusting and so I brought him to Doggie Daycare in hopes for him to make friends and help with barking at other dogs. Pampered Pets is amazing!! Everyone was beyond nice, kind, loving and most of all patient with us both. I have no worries that Major is well taken care of and loved ❤️ 🐕
