I hardly write reviews now days unless I’ve been impressed or humbled. I was very impressed with how they handled my guys and how good they looked. The staff was very friendly and professional and was impressed by how they handled and treated the animals getting dropped off. A quick word or two with other doggy parents who are regular customers assuaged any fear or apprehension that I had going in. My guys have found a new groomer who I’m comfortable with. Here’s how I got here . I’m very picky about who I let groom my two dogs so it’s been one comical journey buying the necessary, and quite often expensive sheers, clippers and other tools to groom my dogs. Only to find out that they don’t have the patience for an inexperienced groomer to use them as test subjects. Then I discovered I don’t have the patience either. So I put down what would become the most expensive beard trimmers ($400) I own. After looking through the yellow pages and reading reviews about dog groomers I found one that met my criteria. I just want my guys to have the same person grooming them for consistency. It helps keep their stress levels down. If you want an experienced groomer that does a great job for a great price then bring your guys to Pampered Paws ASAP.

They went above and beyond making sure our new dog Izzy was comfortable. She had a bad experience at another groomer and was very anxious. We greatly appreciate the time and care they gave her. She had a great experience and looks beautiful! Wow!! Izzy also received a personalized valentine’s card and treat bag! Thank you so much!! We highly recommend Pampered Paws Salon!!!!!!

I been waiting to leave a review about my experience and didn't know the right words to say til now I have been going for awhile to pampered paws and I took my dog there couple months ago. First I walk in get told her groomer called in so I ask I can bring hsr back another day she said no I can do her I have 7 dogs back there and just me I can so I ask again she said no I can do her I said ok 2 hours go by I get a call saying they can't do nothing with her she's trying to bite them well I go pick her up she's in a cage in the back room by herself!! She came.out just fine Groomer also said she messed on her self no she didn't cage was clean she was clean she asked me if I could take her to the vet get sedation meds they can still do her so I did came back she said no I can't do her today gonna have to set it up for another day I said tomorrow I can give her a bath and just take her to cut her she said no they csn next week so they want to do all these special packages now so I want to know 2 groomers and sometimes only one how can they do all these packages for spring if they can't take care of 7 dogs and even call someone to let them know have to cancel their appointment cause groomer no there my dog use to love going there they always done a goos job now trying to find another groomer they use to have several groomers all left has two and keep.raising prices its ridiculous I have had to learn how to groom her myself cause how we was treated they want to do all these things then keep raising prices. Ridiculous I won't be back

Our Airedale just loves this place! She is an outside/garage dog so doesn't always go in there w/out some kind of burrs. The groomers always trim her as requested and she comes out smelling like a rose. We are very pleased!

I take all 3 of my dogs to Pampered Paws monthly. Octavia and Lexus do an amazing job! They treat my dogs very well. I definitely recommend them.
