Pampered Pet Solon gave my dog a hack job that is going to take months to grow back out.
She has never been hard or difficult to groom. She has not been behaving the same since I picked her up yesterday. Gave her a flea treatment that is harmful to her when she is on prescribed heartworm Simpacia that treats fleas. Didn’t let me see her until I paid. I Will NEVER take my pets back there.

They girls here made my babies feel welcomed, and made them look even more beautiful! My Remi looked like so beautiful! She desperately needed a good wash and grooming, and they went above and beyond for my babies. Luna even came home with painted toe nails 🥰🥰 both my girls came home with smiles on their faces!! Thank you ladies for such a great experience! We will definitely be back!

I was a client for almost 2 years and was very pleased with my service. However an incident, which I will not go into has changed my opinion.
I will not bad mouth them, as they always provided excellent service.

And that is why I didn't post what happened, but since you want it known......Yes, you had a sign, but did not enforce it, and it was you who put him in danger when you took him off the table and did not secure him in anyway.
