Excellent and fair pricing! Owner very informative and takes time to find out what pet mom interested in. I’m impressed by her work and how she treats the animals however my daughter was a little upset about all the nicks and cuts. I believe that comes with the territory of having to shave down matted areas. I would definitely return and recommend!

I brought my healthy 3 year old bulldog Harry there Friday June29th at 3:30pm and by 7:15am the next morning received a call that my dog harry had passed away overnight in their care.

Erika is an exceptional care giver, groomer, and pet lover! She has helped my two Dachshund’s, and My parents Basset! When our Basset got a rare skin infection, Erika came to our rescue! The vet required two to three baths a week, with prescription shampoo, for six weeks. Erika not only made sure our Basset was healed, she did it will all the love and patience anyone could give. Thanks to Erika, and Pampered Dog Parlor, we have a happy, Healthy Basset for many years to come! She is also great with the clients; understanding these pets are our babies. Erika and her staff allowed my dad to ask many questions, gave courtesy calls, when Moose’s groom was done, and she even keeps candy at the front desk for the humans. Keep up the good work!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BOARDING AND GROOMING!!!!

Service is always phenomenal! I'll start by saying I just started taking my dogs to this facility. My dogs love seeing the owner Erika! My furbabies aren't very trusting but she is amazing with them, and does everything in her power to ensure the comfort and safety of my furbabies. One of my babies is afraid of the dark and she kept a night light on for him during boarding! I've never experienced customer service like this before! THE BEST PART is that during my time away from them I got to see pictures of them playing and having fun in the large, regularly maintained, and securely structured fenced in yard! After the boarding I requested for my babies to be groomed before pick up and even though usual my babies can be feisty, she didn't need a muzzle! Thanks Erika for the spectacular grooming experience! You'll have my family's business for generations to come!

Best groomer in town. She listen to what you tell her about the cut. Extremely gental with the pets, she loves them like they are her own. Service is done in timely manner. Erika is simply the best. She changed locations when bought her own business and I followed her. I drive 40 mins now to get to her new place, but totally worth it

I would never trudt my standard poodle anywhere else. They are GREAT. They care for my baby as if it were their own dog. Very professional and knowledgeable about the work they do.
