I had an incredible experience working with Ozell for my two cats, one of whom had been spraying inside — a problem we had been struggling with for years. Ozell was super informative, professional, and incredibly helpful. She developed a new feeding model, detailing which foods to eliminate and add, along with precise timing and quantity recommendations. Ozell is very reliable, professional and my dogs are always excited to see her. I love that she has experience with training because my dogs can be pretty leash reactive, but she handles them great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to a friend.

I can’t say enough good things about Ozell. She is the only trainer willing to go to any venue to help your family, or even help your dog not eat your bird. Our dog, Cali, had so much anxiety it was messing up her adrenals. Before we met Ozell, Cali’s world was getting very small because it was so stressful to bring her anywhere; she lunged/barked at everyone in a way that sounded aggressive even though she’s not. Ozell gave us the tools we needed to de-escalate these situations with confidence so we could let our little one experience the world with joy instead of fear. We had to work really hard, but as long as we followed Ozell’s instructions, things continued to move forward. Now, Cali takes walks downtown and even went to the San Francisco airport yesterday to drop off a friend.
Don’t be surprised or frustrated when you can’t recreate your dog’s misbehaviors around Ozell. We always say she could make more money by bottling her energy and selling it. You can always send her a video that catches your dog in the act.

Ozell is truly gifted! I came across her services while seeking help for my two cats who were not getting along after one of them visited the groomer. Feeling extremely overwhelmed, I needed immediate support. Ozell was caring, professional, and very knowledgeable. She was empathetic and patient as I expressed my frustration and fear over my cats' aggressive behavior. She worked at my pace, taking a holistic approach and suggesting floral essences for my cats. Through weekly FaceTime calls, Ozell guided me with empathy and understanding. Thanks to her support and guidance, my cats were back to getting along within two months! Ozell was amazing to work with. She quickly assessed our doggie schedule and household, and within minutes was implementing strategies and giving us tools that have helped exponentially. Her “positive reinforcement” approach has helped us shape better doggie habits without punishing our lil pup. We have curtailed her jumping up on people, established better recall and stay… and on and on. Highly recommend Ozell! She has dog walking services as well that we will take advantage of when needed
