Our golden retriever Kyle worked with McKenna this summer and we are so happy with the progress he has made! He had settled into a lot of bad habits and McKenna has done an awesome job working with him to overcome those. Highly recommend!

McKenna is a very special and talented trainer. She took a puppy with lots of anxiety issues and helped her and us work through them. When a dog or puppy gets excited to see a trainer or vet, etc you know you have found the right match! Our puppy gets excited just at mentioning that she would have “school” with McKenna! McKenna did an amazing job with our lab pup, Sidney and in a very short time! Sidney knew she meant business and I appreciated her efficient use of the training time. Sidney quickly gained confidence working with McKenna and in visiting new surroundings each time, but I love how excited Sidney became each time she saw her approaching!

We took our dog, Aspen, to Ozark Tails for a very unique reason in hopes to not only help her, but to help us better understand her needs. We have two female miniature Austrian Shepard’s from the same parents, but different litters. At a young age, Aspen developed pretty severe anxiety. It got to a point that we couldn’t take her any where in public partly because we didn’t fully trust her behavior & didn’t want to overly stress her and the other part being that she wouldn’t physically get out of the car once we got to where we were going because she was so scared to. We even were worrisome about having guests come to our house. Thankfully we reached out to McKenna when Aspen turned 2, and I wish we would have even sooner! Needless to say, with the six week package that we completed, we can now take Aspen out to public places. She enjoys wanting to go any where and people are able to come to our house without her caring much about it. We have also been able to lower her daily anxiety medicine to almost nothing - without her passing out due to intense anxiety attacks. Aspen’s command knowledge and our communication with her has grown stronger, the dominance (fighting/leashing out) in our house has disappeared, and her overall behavior has improved. We couldn’t be happier with her confidence growing, and her anxiety dissipating. I would recommend Ozark Tails to anyone who is looking for basic commands from their dog, all the way to even unique situations such as dominance establishment or severe anxiety. It is worth the price and work you put in every day/week to give both you and your dog a very happy and enjoyable life to live.

I had previously taken Millie to another trainer as a small puppy, knowing she would be a huge dog, I didn’t want her dragging me on our walks. Months went by and this trainer still hadn’t shown Millie how to walk on a leash and she was only getting bigger. Fast forward to the day Millie took off chasing a leaf and causing me to fall, and I had had it. I immediately started looking up trainers and Ozark Tails popped up. McKenna contacted me immediately and we talked problems, goals, lifestyle, dog logic, etc. She has been so informative and patient with us trying to learn how to train Millie, set boundaries, and maintain those boundaries. She was so great about adapting to Millie’s learning style too. Now my 82lb girl is an absolute delight on our walks! She’s more calm and eager to “work”. Although chasing leaves is still sometimes an issue, if I catch her staring at a leaf before it takes flight, she’s good about leaving it alone. 10/10 would recommend!

We started coming to Ozark Tails Company when Leia, our Labordoddle, was 8 weeks old. Our vet actually recommended Ozark Tails Company so I knew it had to be good. She is now 5 months old and every week Leia looks forward to training. From the first time Mckenna came to our house I knew she was the perfect trainer for Leia. Leia loves and respects her. She gets so excited when I say let's get in the car and go see Mckenna. Because of the training we take Leia with us everywhere. I never stress taking her to my childs school for drop off, Lowe's or Home Depot. Mckenna did such an amazing job that our 8 year old daughter was able to walk and control Leia at the Bentonville Farmers Market where dogs and people where everywhere! If I have any questions at all in between training I text Mckenna and she always responds so fast and always knows what to do with our fast growing puppy. We also have a 10 year old dog that has never had training and you can most certainly tell the difference in a good trained dog. We will never own another dog who will not go through Ozark Tails Company for training. Thank You Mckenna for helping make Leia the BEST dog for our family! You are truly a miracle worker!!!
