I’d like to update my earlier post review! I did response back from Kim with an apology! She explained that she had not realized that we were not happy with the class for our puppy and felt that it was it was to advanced for her age! I thanked her and did express that I knew she loved her job and was very passionate about it and that I admired her for that! I was very happy and appreciated that she gave me a full refund! We had the in-home training with Ashley for our Badger's reactivity and fear of going for walks. We now take daily walks with Badger and Ashley helped us so much with his reactivity. We have a lot of great tools and information to help us moving forward. We also learned that training isn't a sprint but rather a marathon and takes time. That being said, with Ashley's help we saw considerable improvement in just 12 weeks.
