We love the food here for our cat! He’s picky and we always find food we love here for him.

Also if our cat doesn’t like something, we can bring it back, opened or not. It’s wonderful. And the service is always top notch. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They clearly love pets here.

Don't go. One of the managers just called my ex girlfriend to tell her I was using her discount code. Fine I guess give me a different code then. Don't call my ex girlfriend about it.

Location is easy to find and there’s lots of parking nearby (which is super convenient if you purchase your pets food in bulk).

Often there are furry ambassadors waiting to greet you at the door. I’ve seen a cat on several occasions as well. So fun!

There are a wide array of toys, treats, better for your pet foods and supplements to tackle loads of pet health goals. There’s even cbd for older pets for those recovering from injury or working through anxiety.

Only Natural Pet is a 20 year old Boulder based and founded company. They are B Corp certified too!

The staff are both caring and knowledgeable both in store and online (yep, you can order straight to your home!). This team also gets up early to support both winter and summer Boulder Bike to Work Day. Serving yummy human treats and samples/giveaways for your pets.

An added bonus is that you can earn up to 5% back on all your purchases - woo hoo!

This is a wonderful store! I've been ordering from them online from New Jersey for several years. They were the only online pet food company I knew about who would sell single cans at that time. Today, I am in Boulder visiting and came in the store in person. I got excellent help. I found some high-quality cat foods at competitive prices. They didn't have everything I was looking for, but they had much more of what I wanted than the chain stores carry.

They did ship my dog food order after two days but I did call them. The order arrived three days later and no problems or complaints. However, I do not like the people who answer the phone. Before I could finish saying thank you, she hit the disconnect button. Don't like their tone and they seem to have attitudes.
At this point I am going to keep my dog on this food but will be buying it from another source. It's their business and they can do as they wish, my money and I can spend it somewhere else.

I love shopping local. It just feels better to spend your money with a great local store that cares and has great service. Only Natural is a great example of this! Come here instead of the big box stores. You and your dog will both be happier 🙂
