My cat was literally SMILING after we left Omar’s. The staff is professional, responsive and so kind. Seems like Zero had a great experience. Great price too (compared to places I tried while living in LA). I think we’re going to shoot for the lion cut next time 😉

In my opinion, Omar’s grooming is the best groomer in town. I’ve tried a few others and they didn’t compare to Omar. My doodle always looks so handsome when I pick him up! They’re very responsive which is nice bc the other groomers in town I had to leave a message on their cell phone and wait all day or the next to hear back from them.

Walk in nail service is great. Their not much for conversation, I had to yell my dog's name to the guy who came and grabbed her and took her in the back. One of the few places that uses a sander after cutting the nails.

I was not very happy with my experience at Omar grooming.

Pros:
- They were able to fit me in the same week.
- They communicate well, they returned my call when I called in the weekend, they called when they finished with my dog.
- Their prices are ok! I usually groom my doggie in Seattle for $40, in bay area for $60. They charged me $60.

Cons:
- My dog was not happy. He came back a little scared and distant (which is not the case when I take him to bay area groomer).
- the cut was not even or nice. I asked them to shorten the face, and make him a short cut. I came back and his face and ears hair was not short. I asked them to shorten it before I leave. They did but it is not even. Overall, I dont like it.
- they only accept check or cash. I forgot my check book so had to do a run to the bank to get cash, it was a 100f day, so it was not the best of experiences.

Groomers do a great job. Prices are more reasonable than a lot of other places. Cash only is a bit inconvenient.
