I was desperately looking for someone, not just anyone, who could effectively train Taz to calm down. Recently, Taz, 125 lbs Rottweiler, had become very aggressive towards dogs and people. I'd take him for walks and he would vigorously try to break away when we would walk towards a dog, or even a dog behind a fence - Taz would start going crazy. During my search for a great dog trainer I found OCK-9Services and I made a 35 mile trek for Dan and Taz to meet. I left Taz with Dan for one week and am still pleasantly amazed of the difference a week made. Taz has calmed down tremendously. Dan taught him to sit, heel (this is when the dog walks by your side), stay, release, leave it. As a result, Taz is much easier for me to handle and walks are now pleasant because I am now in control, not Taz! If you are looking for a skilled trainer and results, Dan is the man. He is an amazing trainer.

Take your puppy/dog here if you’re struggling with behavior! Dan is an actual life saver. He turned my fearful reactive (toward humans AND dogs) into a nonchalant about the world kinda gal! She can finally go on walks and hikes without being so skeptical about the world. He not only taught my dog, but also taught my boyfriend and I as trainers, too. We appreciate Dan for everything. He’s awesome!!!

We left our hound dog for a week of training and the dog is remarkably better at everything. His existing commands along with some new ones like "stop". Our dog is so much more obedient and attentive. And Dan's text and video updates were nice to get!!

Daniel did a great job with our dog she was with him for a few weeks and she came back a well behaved dog that listen to commands.
We also had him work on are other dog as well at my house and she is doing great as well.

I sent two of my puppies to Dan for board and training for 3 weeks. Before I sent them, they did not listen very well and were just all over the place. The worst part was the constant nonstop barking when they were not being played with or when they were separated even if for a brief moment. After 3 weeks, it is like I have 2 brand new dogs. They follow commands and the barking is down to a minimum (only when they need to be let out or when someone comes home). I’m very pleased with Dans training and appreciate that he kept me involved every step of the way and even provided me with an ample amount of training materials that I can read, as well as his own handwritten notes to summarize the materials. He even threw in a ball, a bone and a couple of other toys for the girls when they came home which I thought was very nice. I recommend Dan and his training to anyone looking for help getting their dog on the right track with training and behavioral skills.
