I cannot say enough about the the excellent , compassionate, and professional service I received at NSPR. My kitty Sam was cared for like a rock star. The accommodations were large and spacious. He received lots of love and affection. I loved the daily pictures and report cards that the staff sent me. He was so happy and content when I went to get him. The staff is friendly and helpful. The paperwork was organized, reasonable and understandable. The cost for such personalized service was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to board him there again. I even will consider boarding my bunny there as well. Thank you NSPR.

My dog has been going to daycare for about 3 months and attending playgroup, she is always so excited to go in the mornings and when I pick her up she is worn out! Most importantly, I know she’s in good hands and loved by all the staff members. The staff is professional and accommodating. They have ensured that I am pleased and even sent pictures of my girl when I am away. I would highly recommend boarding your pet here and utilizing their other services.

We boarded two Staffordshire pit bulls (7mo old) for 9 days. The staff are absolutely amazing. We received report cards while we were out of state. Overall we feel our pups were well taken care of and the price was right. We look forward to doing it again. Thank you.

I just got home from here, after our first grooming visit. I can’t say enough good things! My dog is a huge handful to groom, but he had his best haircut in years!

They were very thorough communicating with us beforehand. They even asked to see pictures of his previous cuts, to make sure they got it right.

Other than the grooming for my dog, we could see some of their doggy daycare/boarding pups happily playing away with some of the employees. They were bouncing all around and having a good time. It was very cute.

Everyone we dealt with working there were extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. I will definitely go back again!

When I pull into there driveway my boys get so excited.
The staff does an amazing job playing with the dogs and making sure they are having a good time. My boys are a handful but when I take them to Northstar I know they will be taken good care of.
We have also brought our Sheltie Shelby To get Groomed here after a Camping trip (she was a mess) and she came back so happy and smelling much better

We boarded our pup there for 8 days while I’m vacation, and when we came home, our dog was happier than we’ve ever seen her ! This was a huge relief for us because she is a huge part of our family, and we don’t want to worry about her missing us too much while we’re gone.

She’s a bit anxious sometimes and I think boarding here there was the best thing we could have done for her ! They took such great care of our Betty, we brought her back again while we were in town for a quick trip and we didn’t know if she would be nervous to go again.. but she immediately remembered where we were going and couldn’t wait to go hang out with the lovely staff and dog friends here ! Don’t bother looking elsewhere they will take care of your dog like it’s their own. We will be back !

My mother passed away and lived in Kentucky. I’m not wealthy. I had to fly to get to the family. I can’t afford to fly my two animals with me. So in order to be a responsible human with pets, I took them to a pet resort. I was informed the price was set Four Hundred for two . I was told to fill out a paper of my pets. Are they friendly? Can they socialize with others? At no time was I informed that My animals playing was an extra charge! I took bowls, food , Beds , & Blankets. Final Bill Six Hundred and Forty Dollars. Thanks for almost taking my dogs away from me to add the cherry ? of my MOMS death, & Me not being able to afford the Final Bill. Luckily , GOD provided us with enough family to ask a favor of. I would suggest not doing business At Northstar Pet Resort. If they like your dogs they try to keep them.
