My boyfriend and I always go here to get our kitty groomed. He has a really bad problem getting his fur matted after eating or drinking and we can't brush it out and want him to be healthy and happy. They are AMAZING at getting his matted fur looking beautiful again and really sweet people. And there is one lady in particular that must just be magic, because our cat who is usually a meanie loves her and enjoys going to get groomed. It's his favorite day when we get to go to these guys. Highly recommend.

We moved to Loveland recently and chose Pro Pet Clips because of it's connection to our new vet. I spoke on the phone with someone about the grooming challenges we have with our dog, Stevie, because of her anxiety. She's got a few issues that aren't always easy to work with, mainly being terrified of absolutely everything, especially people she doesn't know. Kendra from Pro Pet Clips called me back when an earlier appt availability opened up and then she even contacted our dog's former groomer to learn some tips and tricks that have worked for them in the past. Not only did our dog come back happy and clean and with a cute new hair cut, but the groomer even took a look at an injury on her paw she'd had treated by the vet a week ago and cleaned it up for us again which we REALLY appreciated. I was so happy we found someone who had the patience and professionalism to make sure Stevie had a really good first visit. Thanks again!

This review only applies to the groomer at the North Shore Animal Hospital. When I got my 13 year old Australian Shepherd back today, she was clearly injured by the groomer. Not only were her nails bleeding, she now cannot get up on her own. The groomer injured her back legs/hip. When I picked her up, I thought it was just the slick floor at the groomer; however, when I got her home she could not get up the single step into the house. She now cannot even get up on the carpet without my help. She falls every time she tries to hop up the single low step into the house. If she is not better by morning, I will take her to the vet to see if there is any permanent damage.

REVIEW UPDATE: I am modifying my review. After discussing my concerns, they gave me a full refund for the grooming and the vet gave my dog a complete check to make sure there was no permanent damage and to ensure that nothing else was going on. He did that at no expense to me. It’s reassuring to know that some businesses are still about customer service and satisfaction. That is rare these days. Great going North Shore! 👍

My fiance took our husky and mini poodle in this morning while I was at work. When I arrived home from work to see my girls I was blown away at how well you guys did. Sloan (husky) looked like she felt so good and was "defurred" so well. Pearl (mini poodle) got the most perfect trim and looks so cute. You ladies did an amazing job and we will be calling Monday to schedule their next grooming! Amazing work! Thank you all!!!

Kendra is amazing! We have had several groomers as our pet is very skidish. Kendra is the only one that has been able to groom her without causing her stress. Her work is amazing!

I've been taking my dog to Clara for years. She does an outstanding job and has years of experience. I comb out my dog before I take her to get rid of knots in her fur to make sure Clara doesn't have to trim her shorter. Never had any problems with Clara taking great care of my dog.

I asked for my spaniel mix to be "teddy bear" length. I got him back 3 and a half hours later and nearly bald. Patchy, which some spots entirely cut down to the skin and other spots normal length. There was no blending done between the longer hair and shorter hair. I get my dog shaved every spring at other groomers and this is the worst I've ever seen him. Tried the place because it was recommended by my vet and shares the building but I do not recommend it and I will never be going back.
We complained and they told us to come back in two weeks and to buy my dog shirts so he doesn't sunburn. $50 and I could have done a better job at home. Smh.
