Awful, gross, rude.
Owner wasn’t there when I went to drop off dog. No car in the driveway. I peaked inside and saw unattended dogs and spilled food. No one was home. The owner called me an hour later and told me she was there the whole time “out back”. I also went out back and no one was there, no car, knocked on all the doors (was time sensitive drop off) eventually I just left with the dog. And decided, even after the owner contacted me (and lied about being there), that this wasn’t a safe place to leave an animal. Attached are photos of what it looked like inside, from my POV, and the property. (Also the address on googled wasn’t even updated / accurate). Have to make note of how angry and rude the owner was when I asked her where she was Outback of her house, I was there for 30minutes, and was called out for her lie. She quickly changed her story and demanded that I should’ve been there earlier and eventually admitted she wasn’t even there. Don’t use this business.

Very happy. This is a smaller operation, so don’t expect a front office. The person running Nippys is kind, considerate and responsible. Our medium size dog was well taken care of and we’ll certainly return if we come back to the area.
