Not sure why all the bad reviews? Had a 1300 (1p.m) appointment today, arrived at 1215 in a door at 1240 loaded /scaled and had papers by 1430 (2:30 p.m) allowed to arrive 1 hour before your appointment time.

Don’t come here. They’re really slow. When trying to get out the gate the guards are slow slow. I waited for 45mins just in line to get out the gate. They don’t care about Driver time. Trust me just say No. I will not be coming back to this place. Very disappointed

Guard instructions could use an overhaul for accuracy. Other than incomplete instructions it's an easy drop and hook. And don't was your truck before coming out here it is a dust bowl.

You arrive 30 mins early for a pickup, expect to wait 5 hrs to get loaded. You arrive 30 mins late, expect to wait 8 hrs. Laziness, don't waste your time. They have no consideration of drivers "time is money".

Our appointment for pick up was at 2pm. It's now 3pm and not one person has stepped foot on the trailer. We have been here since 11am and been docked for the past hour. Spoke with clerk who looks like he is 15 and said it'll take 2 more hours and so what it's only been 1 hour. He also said we don't kno if you will be here at 2 the load isn't ready... well we have been here since 11 so they knew we were here. Left at 530pm and they wrote 402pm on the paperwork so no penalty on them

Overall a very unorganized, power hungry, desperate, location. Will not pick up here again especially from the service and the horrible road that comes up here

First time pickup from this location But it’s scary road at night , Appt was 7:00pm check in at 5:30pm they said park the truck will call you.
After half an hr guard came to my truck nd give dock#4
Loaded in half an hr paper work was ready it’s pretty quick
