Nature's Pet Market & Grooming St Johns

Took my dog there for the 1st time. They had lots of shampoo choices, which was nice. But their blow dryer hose was broken, ducted taped at one point. I had to hold the hose in place to use it, which was a pain and less efficient. (Thus, the 3 stars.) Good thing they had lots of towels. Next time, I'll take my own brush. My dog didn't like the ones they provided.

This place was great at the start, but I think that the groomers changed, and then the quality began to plummet. We have an old dog with cysts on her body, and today we got her back with one of them popped and bleeding, even though I had pointed them out and asked the groomer to be careful. There is a clump of uncut fur on her ear where the shampoo wasn’t properly washed out. They told us it would take 2 hours but didn’t contact us (as the previous groomers did for us when it was going to be later than expected), so we ended up going at the 3rd hour on our own. I think they rushed her out unfinished when we arrived because the fur at the bottom of her face was very long. The cut is overall pretty choppy. Our dog has been leaving this place with a lot of tear stains. A bunch of cut fur was still left on her and it was getting everywhere. The groomer was, at the least, kind and provided some care for the blood, but the cashiers at the front have always been pretty rude and inefficient. One of them went back to check on our dog when we arrived and, upon coming back out, simply walked past us and back to the counter without telling us that our dog was almost done, would be out soon, etc. When I was paying, I honestly felt very tempted not to tip for our dog’s injury, but I tipped $10 for the sake of the busy groomer in the back. The cashier mumbled, “Just $10?” I hope I misheard…never returning.

This place is great. I brought my dogs in to try the self wash. The owner greeted me at the door, walked me back and explained how to use everything in detail. Super easy and I was able to wash both dogs in about 30 minutes. I also found some great treats that my dogs love. I will definitely be back.

My Big White Girl Dog Seeger came in today for her bath, nail trimming, blowout, and other services. She came out Absolutely Beautiful! Thank You So Much!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I go in for grooming and they always take great care of my doggo...plus its super close to home local so its a win win

I love Nature’s Pet. We get all of our needed cat supplies there. They have a great selection of cat food, litter, and treats and they are always friendly and helpful.

Just bought a RC Pets Momentum Control Harness, it is truly amazing. Natalie helped to fit our Bella with one. Walking Bella has been a bit of a chore, with Natalie's help finding the right harness, it was a most enjoyable walk home. Thank you, Nature's Pet and Natalie.
