Sunday 12 noon, there was a line waiting to get into the Ashland Nature’s Pet location. So great to see local merchants thriving! Staff very helpful as I needed help finding a particular product. I also get my dog groomed at their Medford location, and my groomer is fantastic!

We bought some cbd tincture for our elderly cat who unfortunately rejected the smell/taste. The folks at Nature's Pet Market were friendly and polite and we were given a refund. Washing my dog at Nature’s Pet Ashland has quickly become a pleasant routine. I typically call ahead, as the staff is more than willing to confirm vacancy in the washroom.

The wash basin, soaps, shampoos, aprons, towels, blow dryer, and even training treats make it a quick and enjoyable experience. Just bring your dog, everything else you may need will be there waiting!

They have excellent supplies and they provide an excellently priced dog washing facility. You wash your dog yourself but you get to use their facilities and they provide soap, warm water, towels and everything you need keep your pet clean. I am really happy that they have this service during covid. Washing our large dog ourselves at our home is always a very messy and wet experience, so these guys take all that mess out of keeping our dog clean and they have an abundance of pet supplies for all animals.

Shopped at a couple of pet stores, and so happy I landed in this one. Small, well stocked and very helpful customer service! I just got a puppy and was interested in raw food, and the CSR was excellent, and there were small trial packs! I will only shop here for the service.
