My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience here! This store is very organized and things are easy to find. The animals are very well taken care of, and there's a large variety of various reptiles, etc. A worker named Aiden was very helpful as well. I highly recommend coming here if you're a beginner- advanced. Also, decently priced. Very informative, and overall just an awesome experience!

I always have a good experience at Emporium, but today, I needed A LOT of help. I am setting up an aquascape, and I am completely new to aquarium plants. I worked with Thorn for over an hour, selecting driftwood and plants. She answered every question I had and helped me in every way. She has great customer service skills and a great knowledge base as she is also in the hobby. I will come here for all my aquatic plant needs in the future. She's definitely an asset to your confession company. Thank you.

This was a pretty nice store for a local pet store. I can only speak on the small animal care and supplies. No pet store will ever get a 5 from me unless they show the proper habits for small Animals and not a single one has yet. It could have been a 4 if the water bottles for the small Animals were not so dirty and almost empty. The supplies were not bad. Had a few different brands from the big box. They did had the proper wheel for hamsters which is always good to see. I did make a purchase and when I am back in town I will stop in again.

The staff here are great. They helped me with my first tarantula. I got a juvenile brachypelma smithi for a really good price. Definitely coming back for feeders, and maybe another tarantula.

Went in today to pick up a live feeder rat and I have to say that my expectations of this store were blown out of the water.

I was trepidatious at first, (small exotic pet stores in older looking shopping buildings often make me hesitate), but the shop was clean, well maintained, and I could tell the animals that I saw were all incredibly cared for. It was also actually much larger than I expected. I only walked around one half, with the fish and reptiles (totally didn't realize there was a small mammal side!) it was just awesome to see the fish tanks so clean and not overstocked. And the fact that the male betas are in tanks that actually have water rotation (even if they're still small enclosures, which is must admit I don't love but it is what it is), mind blown.

To the point of the feeder rat, I could also tell that it was actually taken care of, clean and well fed. I felt very confident in giving it to my snake, versus some feeders I've seen before. All in all I was impressed as heck with this place and I will be returning!

This site would not let me leave a no star it made me put one star , they don’t tell you upfront that All sales are final till after you purchase your product it’s at the bottom of the receipt . Then you call to ask if they will work with you and make an exception because I will never purchase anything from this location again and I won’t be here to purchase here again . The associate tells me it’s on a sticker on the top of the counter that all sales are final , like I look around and read everything that they have stuck on places .
I was just hoping that they would be a little more understanding , now I have a 70 lamp that will be thrown away or I can drop it off and they can use it on their aquariums they have . The girl that was working was knowledgeable and nice but she couldn’t finish with me that day and handed me over to someone that had no patience and seemed irritated.
It was very clean inside and u can tell they take pride in their store , just not good with customer service.

What an awesome store! I’m definitely coming here more often. The team was nice and friendly and very knowledgeable! I found some awesome plants and accessories for my fish tanks at a very reasonable price + the quality and quantity of items they had was unmatched to any store I’ve been to!
