Melbourne, FL location: Ive used this place twice. I used the app to fill in my dog‘s needs while I was boarding her. It did not update in their computer. Two employees told me that it doesn’t work. Because she takes several medications, when I dropped her off I made sure they had it down correctly. I got a call back that day with medication questions. They had completely wrong information. I called the second day to see how she was doing. I was told someone would call me back. Not a word until the next day. Of course they told me she was doing great. They told me she was playing with the other dogs during group. I immediately knew that was untrue. She does not like other dogs. I will never use this place again.

After my pup having a bad experience with her previous groomer. My dog spot was so kind and patient with willow. And they did such a great job with her cut. We picked her up and she was so happy. My heart was happy. Thank you guys for taking good care of my baby. We will be seeing you guys soon.

I was worried about leaving Lumi alone but the workers here care for the dogs very well! They did a great job with her longer hair and detangling some of her mattes. They listened to special requests. She is a Samoyed. Definitely will be coming back!

They gave me an appointment for 2:00 pm, I arrived at 1:50 and it was closed, I waited for 20 minutes and no one came, I called and no one answered, they just made me waste my time.

Their grooming services are outstanding! Arielle is one of the best groomers i have come across. The shop is clean and tidy, and my pets look great!
