I have known Gretchen for many years. She has gone above and beyond to help animal's for decades. She has hard decisions to make while running several small businesses and rescue. If you were a hard no for her decisions, get over yourself! No reason to be extremely hateful.
Keep up the good work Gretchen, don’t let these keyboard worriers get in your way! We appreciate your dedication.

Gretchen the owner is a disgusting and vile person. She creates her own rules and ideas and does accordingly and gets away with removing and taking puppies or pets in a situation that only benefits herself because she has the power to do it. She’s continuing to get away with it, I’m not the only person this has happened to and I hope people open up their eyes and realize people who get away with this stuff should not be supported and should be held accountable for their actions not only what they believe is just.

Put in a request for a cockatiel for my oldest daughter's birthday and they contacted us to let us know that they had a match for us and our family. Casper has joined our clan and he is bringing joy and happiness to us. The staff is great and very helpful. They helped us choose food, snacks and accessories for him and the adoption fee was even more of a surprise, as we expected to pay a lot more. Kudos to them for their friendly service and follow-up calls! Excellent place to bring the kids!

This place is great. Above and beyond. Remembers my pets names! How does she do that? Always get the coolest things. We are so lucky to have such a great pet store here in Ketchikan.

Bad customer, the lady was not helpful did not bother help us a lot because it was busy. It doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not you should provide communication regardless.
