MuttWorks Dog Training

Amazing staff, really care and love all fur babies. Amazing facility where multiple training and fun opportunities await. The head trainer really knows how to best improve the relationship between you and your pets. The owners are wonderful people who are not only active in day to day activities but also appear and lead social outings that are a fun way for you and your baby to get off the couch and meet new people who have similar passions

We have used Muttworks to train two of our pack, a pittie rescue and a great dane, one via board and train and the other via drop and train. We have also used the boarding services and now they both attend day camp with Muttworks. I'm very picky about my fur babies and they have provided exceptional care of them! One of our pups is dog selective and Muttworks goes out of their way to ensure that he receives proper socialization and play groups while providing a safe space for all. We enjoy the group training classes for continued reinforcement along with the many dog sports opportunities and the planned outings for further socialization and training. As you can see, I highly recommend Muttworks!

I loved my little boy, he was fun to have around and fun to play with. He would follow me around and just be a joy, until he was not. If someone came over or we took him anywhere, he was uncontrollable. I don’t know about anyone else, but fighting with a dog on the other end of a leash was no fun. He would run off and sometimes he would come when called, sometimes not. He was a royal pain in the butt but more importantly, it was not a safe situation sometimes. Then I found Muttworks. When I first dropped by to inquire, it was immediately apparent that these people loved dogs and loved their chosen profession. The trust was fast. The training we picked seemed expensive, but we were told we didn’t have to pay all up front so if for any reason we were not satisfied, we could just simply stop. I can’t stress enough the fact that after the first week, we knew our decision was a good one. My dog is less than a year old and weighs 75 pounds. On occasion he gets a bit hard headed, but hey, he’s still a puppy. We can take him to places like Lowes, Home Depot, restaurants with outdoor seating and he minds really well. People can come to the house and he will now not jump all over them. He is a joy. If we drive anywhere near Muttworks, my dog goes crazy, he loves that place and can’t wait to get back. This has been a wonderful experience for our dog and my wife and I. I would highly recommend it.

This place is the most amazing place in the whole wide world! I own a malamute and she is extremely intellectual and way above the intelligence factor!!! I don’t know what y’all did but she is listening!!!she’s not driving me insane and I’m not pulling my hair out! Thank you so very much to MuttWorks? I recommend this place you’ll need to go here! Can’t say enough great things about Keith at Mutt Works! Our 7 month old Ginger was a energetic handful. We have two small dogs and having a larger puppy was more than challenging. Nipping, biting, chewing, jumping, running for the front door when opened, etc. Keith had her for 3 weeks and WOW! I asked him to teach her some manners and he over delivered! She is still the loving dog we sent to him, but she has calmed down a lot and and the bad manners are gone. Thank you Keith for all you have done! If you’re looking for training for your dog….look no further!

Tera. Gloria and Chris are some of the coolest people you will ever meet in Texarkana! They are genuine, loving people who really care about animals and not just dogs. They go out of the way to treat everyone with dignity and respect the sacrifices they make to the animal community is unreal. highly recommend. They are also very knowledgeable about various breeds and well-connected.

My Lab puppy is a completely changed dog. He had no Manners before MuttWorks. He does not jump up on people, he does not chew on people anymore. And before, he barked Constantly, now he only barks when he Should. I seriously did not even want to keep him before his 3 week stay with Keith. I am so very proud of Bo now.

Iv noticed a great improvement of my dogs behavior and they are only half way done with there program im certain they will pass my expectations by the time they have finished 10 out of 10 would recommend
