We received our elderly neighbor’s dog when she was taken to the hospital late Friday night. She had been on the floor for several days and the pup was an absolute mess due to her owner being injured. We had one very, very sad dog. I called at 9:30 am Saturday morning and they were able to get her in at noon. She came back a completely different pup- soft, clean, smelling good, and HAPPY. Can’t thank them enough! They did a wonderful job!

I've been taking my babies here for several years and they did a wonderful job in the beginning. But the last 3 or 4 times the cuts have been terrible. They are extremely uneven, large sections of hair were missed, one visit it looked like no haircut was given at all other than an uneven trim around the face.
On the last visit, during the drop off, they were very confrontational when discussing the cut. At pickup, the cuts were uneven again. Definitely not worth the $50 they charge.
We will not be returning and I would not recommend.

Honestly a terrible experience start to finish for my dads dog, thunder. Not only was the owner extremely rude and confrontational, she botched the grooming and then tried to hold the dog hostage until she was PAID. Yes, paid. For this.

I have been taking both of my dogs here for years to get their toenails clipped. They treated them both so well. We had to put Oscar down in February and Buster down this morning. Thank you ALL of you from MudPuppy for being so amazing with my babies!!

UPDATE.... I stopped going here because they won't polish my dogs nails anymore (complained that my dog would pull away and it hurt her (groomer) back) and the last few times she came back chopped up (fur) instead of groomed. She smelled good, but all of her fur by her ears were uneven and all her whiskers were chopped off, so I decided to go somewhere else. Where I go now they brush my dogs teeth, check her colon, polish her nails, and she is cut and groomed very nice and even all for the same price MudPuppy was charging me. MudPuppy was a great place to go to and I took my dog to this place for many years, but had to leave due to not doing the things they use to do and still charge the same or even more. The new groomer I go to that does a lot more for the same price MudPuppy charged. I understand prices go up and the economy has changed, but doing less and charging more is not accommodating for me.
