I’ve been taking my dogs to this groomer for years and always had a good experience- until now. When I picked her up today, I was horrified to see that they hacked her coat so badly she has bald spots. When I expressed my unhappiness, the groomer argued with me instead of addressing my concerns. To make matters worse, they charged me full price for this service. The staff was incredibly rude when confronted about the situation. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I will never bring my dogs here again. See pictured attached. It’s shocking how bad the grooming is. If you care about your pets, I strongly recommend finding another groomer

I love Muddy Paws, and most importantly my little aussie loves them! They’re very affordable and only charged us 65 to bathe and touch up his coat. They’re very fast as well. I used to be able to drop him off, go to the gym for a little over an hour, and then pick him up. He always looked so cute. We had to relocate, so we’re going to miss this place!

They did a fairly decent job, yet when I made the appointment to get my dog bathed and trimmed, toenails done and teeth I was quoted $75 then received a phone call saying it would be an additional $25 his backend being matted, by the time they were done and I came to pick my doggie up it was $150 definitely will look for a different groomer. He's only a medium sized dog never should have cost that much.

Super friendly. Even on our first visit my dogs tail wagged before we entered the door. Good vibes. She knew she was in good hands. Seems like she stayed cleaner longer than other places. Will be my new go to.

When you walk in, you can immediately feel the calm energy. My Baloo (Bernedoodle) has a lot of grooming anxiety from past experiences, and so I really appreciate that. We’ll be back!

I’ve been taking my cockapoo here for over a year now. He always smells lovely and I can tell he loves the staff there. I recently took my Aussie golden mix here for the first time. She is a bit skittish but I was so impressed with how they welcomed her. This is one of the most affordable places in Denver that still provides excellent service. They continue to earn my business.
