Went in to get a harness for my puppy, they were out but the employee kindly offered to call and check the other locations to see if they had what I needed. They didn’t, but the customer service was appreciated and I got some other great stuff for my pup.

Very friendly staff that goes above and beyond! My partner and I were asking about switching to a raw food diet for our puppy. The staff was very friendly and informative and gave us some paperwork to take home with more information and benefits of raw food.
Excellent clean food options available. My dog loves the treats they have too!
One of the staff members also helped me pick out a harness that would fit my dog. Since I had my puppy with me they were able to help me try on a few different options. The best service I've ever had at a pet store! They have earned a repeat customer in me!

A great place to grab gear for your fur baby. As a dog parent, I am pleased with the selection of canine supplies they have and I’ve noticed they also carry brands or items not always found at the other chain stores. Further, the staff is always friendly and eager to help. I also feel the prices are on par with other pet shops.

I thought "it is just a pet food store" so I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised! Amazing, knowledgable, friendly service. I needed raw, pure meat cat food and some dry crunchy cat food, two specific brands, and my helper person knew exactly where both products were. She asked me several questions about my car and added a couple excellent recommendations. To top my visit off, she gave me some samples of cat treats for free! Needless to say, my cat loved them. Great prices, same or better than the last store I frequented. Highly recommended.

MudBay is always fun to visit and the employees are all around nice. Thank you for the birthday ice cream today for Gibson. (He's the liver/red cockerspaniel) He shared with his doggy family.

So I decided to stop here today for the sole perpose of killing time and maybe picking up a treat for my dog if they had it in stock (which they did). The staff where very friendly and where not afraid to give the perfect answer to my questions (I do not know but let me go find out) I would definitely recommend stopping by and checking them out next time you need some high quality pet supplies paired with great customer service also baby Yoda for the win

So had a bad experience at another place. At 11:30 I walk into this Mud Bay, she went above and beyond to help me find a good additional raw food for my dog. I'm trying to mix from different stores and this was perfect. Mostly just wanted to wash the karma of leaving a bad review elsewhere but her customer service really was excellent. Also this is what I bought.
