Excellent teaching, coaching, and instruction. Nancy is patient and encouraging with both adults and dogs. She provides solid foundational skills which you and your dog must practice. My Great Pyr and I have come so far and with Nancy’s positive support we continue to make strides towards a successful “team”. And the best part, the classes are warm and welcoming!

I have been to probably 20 different instructors over the years. Nancy is definitely the best instructor I have ever had. Not only are the necessary things learned but a lot of fun things are thrown in to keep dogs and people interested. On top of that she is such a kind person and goes the extra mile to give each person and dog what they need.

I've been with Nancy for 3 months and just came in 2nd place in my first akc rally course
with my pup.
She gives loads of information and knowledge to her students in every class, and addresses
your pup problems until YOU get it.

I left my first training class before it even began today. I honestly could not believe the way Nancy spoke to me.

First let me start by saying that I will take responsibility for not bringing all of the required equipment to class. Unfortunately there was a confusion about emails and I did not get the list of items to bring to class.

My review though is based on the fact that when I went up to Nancy to ask her if there was something else I could do instead of a mat for the dog she proceeded to shame me for not being prepared. As a business owner the appropriate thing would have been to move forward and solve the problem, but even with my several prompts of asking her what I should do for this week she repeatedly focused on the problem and talked to me as if I were a child being scolded.

I will never find out if Nancy is a good dog trainer because she was utterly unprofessional and I will not be going back.
