Mountain View Pet Care hosted my two puppies for 3 days. They were helpful and professional. Both pups were well taken care of. This was a last minute decision but they came highly recommended by our old vet. I would not hesitate to board them again. Thanks!

Mountain View Pet Care did an excellent job of caring for both of our dogs and with minimal notice. When we picked them up after a long trip out of state, our shepherd wasn't stressed which says a lot about the facility and the people there. We will definitely use them again for our boarding needs going forward.

I brought my 2 dogs there for a 4 day visit. We were met by a woman... perhaps Darcy. I don't know since she didn't bother to introduce herself. Nor did she offer to show us around. I was only able to get a glimpse of the kennels.
When I picked up my dogs they were both very subdued. One was visibly shaking. At home I noticed they were both thin. They had diarrhea and were vomiting. NDehydrated. It took a few days to get them back to health. We won't return.
I was not shown in or outside. Your staff could use some training in customer service. How to smile and honesty. I was give. No information about your claims or that my dogs were suck. We should have been notified. Of. illness sooner. Perhaps some training in dog care also.

Our Lab is always excited as soon as we turn in the driveway at Mountain View Pet Care. So appreciate having a place to board Deke where we know he receives excellent care.

I couldn’t have been happier with my first experience with MB&B. I boarded my 9 month old mini schnauzer for 8 days and she was very happy and healthy when we picked her up. I’m not sure if she wanted to come home or not. FYI this is not a “drop in anytime” place. All drop off, pickup, visit is by appointment only so as not to disrupt Craig’s regimental daily schedule (this is how he ensures all of his boarded animals are equally well cared for) and he’s very serious about that. Don’t let that stop you from using them though. My pup was very well cared for at a very fair price so who cares about anything else. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Visited today to see about boarding my husky for a few days. I live near by and have always seen the signs but never considered boarding till recently. Today seemed perfect to swing by and get more details since, I just picked up Hakuna from the vet/groomer and had him with me still. I pull in seeing for sale signs so I'm skeptical but maybe it's for the land surrounding the area so I continue on to the building with the company sign on it. I exit my vehicle as a gentleman is coming out of the building and instantly he starts telling me that this is a private residence. I politely said I would move my car thinking that I must have just parked in the wrong spot and the boarding was on the other side of the building. He proceeds to angrily state again that it's a private residence, AND he's in charge of the boarding as well. I'm not sure what him living in a dog kennel has to do with anything. I'm wasn't there to drink his beer and watch football I was there to talk about boarding so not sure where the attitude started off but that's no way to talk to anyone especially as a business owner. I politely left after agreeing that there was nothing he could help me with. If this place is a PRIVATE RESIDENCE, there should be signs saying appointment via phone only or to the extent. Going to check out camp Ruff-N-More in Johnson City instead.

Our pup Max went to stay with them for 3 days. It was our first time leaving him and Craig did an amazing job with him! Max was a little hesitant at first but by the end, Craig and Max were best friends. Craig even sent me a video of Max during our trip! We will definitely be repeat customers.

I have brought my two dogs here twice now to be boarded; the first time for four nights and the second time for two nights. They haven’t been to a kennel/doggie day care before in their three years of life, but Craig made myself and the dogs feel comfortable with them staying there. Upon arrival with the first time I brought my two dogs, he took my boyfriend and I with the dogs in the yard to familiarize them with the area while Craig asked detailed questions about my dogs to get to know them (personality, feeding, aggression, etc) and let the dogs sniff around and get used to Craig. After about 20 minutes we all went to have my dogs “‘meet” the other dogs who were in their kennel runner and than placed my two dogs in their run together. Whenever the dogs go outside in the fenced area to use bathroom and play, he doesn’t let other dogs go in the fence to avoid altercations which is good. My dogs seemed happy there. The second time I had brought them, they seen Craig and their tails started wagging and got excited so that made me happy that they were comfortable with Craig and weren’t stressed from their previous stay.
