Monica was great with our two feisty rat terriers- they always require me to muzzle them at the vets office but Monica didn't need to muzzle, she was able to do a full groom on both my fur babies and both dogs seemed very happy with her. They also came out smelling awesome, fur so soft, nails nicely trimmed AND filed smooth. Plus, how great is it that she comes right to your house! The dogs don't have to get all stressed out and the whole process is easy/peasy. I really appreciate her service, we will use her again and again, and recommend her to others!

I had Monica come to groom my dogs on two separate occasions. I have a black lab and a husky mix who are both older. My husky suffers from severe anxiety so a mobile groomer made the most sense to me. She was great in going above and beyond. My husky felt comfortable with her which put me at ease but also she did more than I ever expected. Not only does she wash but she cleans their teeth, checks their ears, and much more for only $150 per dog. Because of how well the first two times went, I booked for a third time for my husky. She got back to me quickly and we scheduled a date and time. They day of she cancelled explaining she had covid but would get back to me to reschedule and I was completely understanding. Less than a week later she texted me with a new date and a time and I confirmed I could do that. The night before she texted saying she would see me the next day, but instead of at 11:00 like we agreed, she said she would be there closer to 12. Usually something like that wouldn’t effect my schedule but I did have another appointment that day for 1:00 and I knew they would run into eachother so I needed her to stick to the original agreed upon time.I told her my issue with it and she said she would try to come as close to 11 as possible. As it grew closer to 12 on the day of, she told me she would not be able to make it and asked if she could come after my appointment I had at 1. This didn’t work for me so I asked if she could meet with my nephew who would be home. All she responded with was “I need to come later. I’m sorry.”. I then said that if she couldn’t come we would have to reschedule for what would be the third time. I never heard back from her. I am honestly disappointed to have to leave this review. At this point I can’t understand why my appointment was so hard to be completed when it was arranged by her and I did what I could to see it through. I guess I will have to find a new groomer

My baby, Bailey, and I have been customers of Monica's for 4 years....ever since she was a puppy. My girl has a tendency to skin rashes and hates baths....at 80 lbs she can be a challenge! There's also the fact that Bailey doesn't like people a whole lot. Monica is wonderful! Only person I trust with my baby. Dealing with dogs can put a crimp in things....sometimes they just don't cooperate, but Monica has always come through for me. I highly recommend her careful and loving attention for your furbaby.

Monica has a background in working with animals since she worked at UC Davis. She has been so wonderful with our two dogs, one of which is a very difficult dog. And I love the convenience of just handing them to her at the door and knowing they will be well cared for. I recommend Monica to anyone with the pet that they want taken well care of.

Waited a month for them to tell me they forgot my appt.tina is rude and needs to be fired. If you want a real groomer go to the barking lot. On pacific only 45$ for the works!!!!!
