I am a dad and I needed help with my two kids so I could have some time off care giving to go on a bike ride during my Aspen vacation. I was nervous about trusting someone I don’t know with the two most precious human beings in my life. My mother is older and I wanted some extra help so my mom has an easier time. When Amy told me that she has someone wonderful for me, I was nervous and somewhat skeptical. When I met the sitter, Savannah, I got a great vibe and felt relieved. She is kind, patient, and warmly greeted my kids. I got acquainted with her and felt more comfortable going on my bike ride. When I returned, my kids told me they loved her and were really happy to have spent time with her. When I return to Aspen, I will only call Amy at Mom’s (Dad’s?) Day Off for sitters for my kids. She has been in this business for decades and has a great intuition for finding responsible women that will make great sitters.

Amy is super personable and easy to work with! What I love most about this service is that she personally knows each of the sitters. In some cases, she even knows their parents and grandparents as well! It was nice to have a “local” looking after my children since they know the best parks and children’s play areas. I felt very comfortable leaving my boys with Jasmin and Lilly. They were extremely responsible, professional, punctual, and eager to help! And my boys loved them!

I highly recommend Amy and her Aspen Babysitting Company! I have a young child and have worked with her for 2 years now, since my child was an infant. Amy is friendly and nice and always picks up the phone. She is prompt and reliable and truly cares about her employees, her clients, and especially the kids. She remembers my child's name and always inquires about them. We work with A Mom's Day Off for date nights in Aspen and for long ski days. If you are going to put trust in someone to watch your children, Amy and her team are your best bet!

A mom’s day out is the best babysitting service our family has ever used. We travel extensively and it is such a pleasure to return to Aspen every year knowing that the owner Amy will have arranged such stellar care for our kids.

We first used Amy’s services when our youngest was just 3 months old and I had not yet left him with anyone but family. When I was injured and spent time in the hospital Amy and her staff absolutely stepped up to easy the pain.. quite literally. We have stayed in touch with almost all of the sitters we have used.. even had dinner with them when they were visiting our city.

We have used A Moms Day Out for five years now and can’t imagine using anyone else. By the way, it is also so nice to speak to a real person and mom, no online forms to fill out, silly memberships to buy etc..

I highly recommend Moms Day Off. Amy used to sit for my children in the 90’s and now she is arranging sitters for my grandchildren. We needed a sitter on short notice for two days and she was able to make it happen. Sitter did a wonderful job for two children. Amy has been in the business for a long time and having a child of her own I’m sure her vetting process for the girls who work for her is extensive.

Highly recommend Amy and her team. We had a great experience with multiple sitters watching up to 7 kids while we vacationed. All of the girls were reliable, responsible, and even wore face masks to make us feel comfortable around babies. They were also very flexible and remained available as our plans changed. I love Amy! She is super responsive and works with reliable babysitters. She can get you someone for Aspen area or what its call Roaring Fork Valley. She has good rates. All the experiences I've had with her were Amazing!! Also when you book with her you aren't just helping a company, you help an entire community grow!

As a nurse in the community, I value Amy's care and dedication to the well being of my nieces when they come to visit. She is always concerned that they are well cared for, entertained and paired with a trusted babysitter. I have never been disappointed with the care my nieces have received from the babysitters at A Mom's Day Off. Outstanding!!!!
