I can not thank MLK9 training for all that they have done with my Hannah Grace. They were patient, caring, and loving with my forever puppy. I love how Mattie, our trainer, send me photos, videos, and not to mention text to keep me feel apart of her 6week training. Mattie, was very patient with training myself and family when Hannah Grace returned home. Hannah Grace is now using her trainings at home and I'm confident that if I have a question- Mattie would be right there to assist.

Andy at MLK9 worked wonders with my Dutch Shepherd puppy- she was enrolled in the 6 week training program and I highly recommend it! The communication throughout her training was perfect…and the training on the back end for me was easy to understand and follow. All of my questions were and are still received with respect and a plan of action is provided immediately. In addition, she was well-loved and cared for while she was there…so much so that she goes to a doggie day care there while I work on a weekly basis! Now my sweet Josie Mae and I communicate very effectively about what I need her to do/ not do- the result is I have a happier dog because she understands my expectations. Again, I highly recommend the MLK9 Dog training program…it has been a game changer for us!

I recently took my two five month old Papillon puppies to Ridgeside K-9 for the four week boarding and puppy training. (I called it Boot Camp). When I dropped them off they were wild little puppies - play biting, chewing holes in the walls, chewing on baseboards, doors, my shoelaces, and all the other disruptive behaviors that two small puppies could get into together. Andy was their trainer and miracle worker! When I picked them up a month later after their training, they were both little gentlemen, their bad behaviors in check. We learned how to continue their training which built my understanding and confidence that I could finally own a well behaved dog. Our puppies are such a joy to be with now and I cannot say enough good things about Andy and Riverside K-9 training. I feel like I have a partnership with them and continuing support and highly recommend them to anyone!

I did not know the magnitude of what I was getting myself into by getting two pups at the same time and trying to deal with them on my own! MLK9 took care of the hard parts for me so I can spend my time just loving on them and maintaining their training. Lisa was amazing and has provided us with follow up appointments. The pups love her and she is a natural! My well-mannered pups are truly the spotlight wherever we go, best known for their beauty… and most importantly… their behavior! Thank you Lisa and Team! We did a 6 week board and train with MLK9 for our dog Smokey. We brought home from the shelter a wild, goofy, out of control dog. Shortly after adopting him, we knew we were going to need the help of professionals to help bring peace back to our home. We called in the help of MLK9 and they paired us with our trainer, Andy. Andy sent us regular videos, updating us on Smokey’s progress. He took Smokey on field trips and exposed him to every possible type of distraction that Smokey might have back in real life. He sent us home with the same stubborn and goofy dog, but a polite, well behaved one. Our minds were blown. When we went to pick Smokey up, Andy walked us through every possibleuu way Smokey was going to test us (and he was spot on) once we got him back home. He knew Smokey so well, we could really tell how much time and energy he put into learning our dog and catering his training to his needs. He empowered us to be able to hold Smokey accountable at home. We were anxious at first, but it is going so well. The skills he learned with Andy are transferring to his life at home so well. We once again have a peaceful home. We cannot recommend MLK9, and especially Andy enough.

DO NOT go anywhere else to train your dog. The staff here is absolutely incredible. I have a very high anxiety, Australian Shepherd, blue healer. They turned my anxious dog, who is aggressive towards people and dogs into a friendly, good boy, who listens to my commands. They are truly amazing at their jobs and cared so well for our little Frankie. They kept in constant contact with me, and always updated me. They follow through with lessons afterwards to make sure that we were still on the same page. I cannot say enough about Andy training our Mr Frank!
