After waiting a week, I had to call to receive the test results for my cat. They do not consider it standard practice to automatically follow up with test results, vaccines or procedures for your own records. At other vets, for standard tests, you receive this information before walking out the door. The vet staff was nice. But I do hope they will adopt better practices for informing clients of the results of service paid for.

I have never been to a vet that cares so much about their patients until I had an issue with my new puppy Wally at the time. Dr.Harper took very good care of him . He loves going to the vet to see his friends 🥰
We had also had gotten Cricket for Wally to have a companion to play with and we brought him to get updates on his shots and to find out any information on him and the only thing we had was his old rabies tag from another veterinarian. The clerk called and had all of his records sent over and I was amazed how fast they got Cricket’s records and found out his birthday is Christmas Eve and he was 4 years old. I love this place.

Mirror Lake Animal Hospital is the best clinic for your pet! Both doctors take the time to talk to you and answer all your questions! This clinic understands the needs of your pet and they make sure you understand too. My dog gets the absolute best care at this clinic!

I love this staff. They’re always so kind and informative. I have a pretty hyper puppy & they’ve always been so patient. Highly recommend. They also sell the best candles, I always stock up!

Vet and vet tech were kind and comforting for my dog as he got poked and prodded. They were very professional and caring during his appointment. Checkout was a frustrating situation that wasn't handled as professionally in my mind. There isn't any upfront communication that American Express is not an accepted form of payment and that was all I had. So it was not a great ending to an otherwise good experience.

Dr. Harper, Gage, Cathy and the entire MLAH team totally rock! I consider myself a difficult client in that my dogs are my kids and I am picky about their care. From the moment I met Dr. Harper, I was convinced my dogs were in the BEST hands with her & her staff. She has the greatest "bedside" manner with her furry clients, and their parents too, and is competent, thorough & understanding. Dr. Harper has never rushed a visit with any of my 3 canine kids over the almost 7 years we have gone to her clinic, and I ask questions which she always makes time to answer. If I was to look up "Best Veterinarian" in the dictionary, I am sure I would see Dr. Amy Harper pictured. Highly recommend.

The technicians are incredibly personal and make me and my pets feel valued and welcomed. Dr. Harper is thorough and doesn’t do meds/treatment for the sake of the line item. Only what’s needed and is best for the pets is the care that is provided.

This Puppy Dr. Is so close to my home. I haven't had any issues they're system works for me to request Italy flee and tick med and schedule his Puppy appointment. The team is very friendly and attentive.
