WAY better than PetSmart. We asked for a poodle cat with a dome head. But when we picked her up it was a lions face cut(like maltese) and not the dome cut we wanted. Miriam's got her all groomed like our old poodle.

Love the customer service and they do a fantastic job but they never answer the phone to make an appointment.

Horrible customer service. Turned me away because I was “late”. Owner scheduled an appointment for 2 dogs a month ago at 10. Got there at 9:40 and she said I was wrong and she was leaving.
